Description of Work: We had two bracelets repaired in the past and were very happy with the results. Recently we took an Antique Mantel Clock in that needed the faceplate sodered back on and the clock cleaned. Again, the work was great and we have enjoyed using the clock ever since.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate for my engagement ring at half the cost of others. Computer malfunctioned and couldn't get estimate to me as fast as they originally thought, however, they stayed in touch to let me know and give me a new time estimate.

 + -1 morePromised to have it complete in 2 weeks. They called in 1 week stating the rings were done but didn't mention the necklace. I asked about that and had to call back on the necklace repair. It was done in the 2 week time frame and I was pleased with the results
Description of Work: I had 3 rings made bigger and a clasp repaired on a necklace. Also purchased another chain for additional 200.00

The work is done in back of the store behind a glass windows--clearly visible. I TRUST leaving my jewelry here for appraisal & repair, or new design work. The staff is very knowledgable. I typically go here first for repairs--b/c if it they can't do it, it can't be done! Like most people today, I'm short on time. The staff @ the Jewelry Connection respond promptly, professionally, & reliably. And its a bonus to be able to support a private business!

 + -1 morePurchased new watch for my wife. They carefully inspected it, replaced the battery and gift wrapped it for me at no charge. Prior to buying it they sat with me as I looked at their selection, also let me look through catalogues to see what else they could order for me. No pressure at all, and I felt like I was the only customer in the shop (even though I was not!). I also had a watch band installed on another watch which required customization to fit properly, which the work was done on the spot as I waited. Perfect fit, finish and quality.

Description of Work: I've used Jewelry Connection in the past for "small" repairs like watch bands, batteries, etc and they've always provided fast, professional & quality service. Recently, though, my wife and I asked them to reset my wife's diamond engagement ring (we've never had the wedding ring) into a new, custom mounting using most of her "old" diamonds. I took a picture from the Internet of a new, platinum setting my wife wanted and they did a FANTASTIC job of taking a picture and creating the PERFECT ring for my wife. The price was more than fair compared to an online site we looked at and the service was very good. It took a bit longer than we had hoped (thus, the good rating for punctuality), but this was custom work during the Holidays which required two wax mock-ups that had to go to New York since we wanted platinum (they don't have equipment to heat hot enough for platinum). Bottom line is we LOVE the ring and highly recommend you check out Jewelry Connection for any of your jewelry repair/custom design needs.
