We were extremely satisfied with the work that they did on our roof and gutters. Jeff is a very charming young man. We had a problem with the work that their subcontractors had done. We did not confirm that we had wanted the roof to be repaired and we had heard some hammering the next day. The owner had said that they would be back the next week but came the next day. They never announced themselves to me to tell me that they were doing work. When Jeffco came, they made their presense known to me. When we did not pay our bill, we told him of our concerns and he left it up to us. He wanted to keep his good reputation.

They did replacement on one side and a repair on the other. It was fine and I only had a couple of qualms, nothing huge. They seemed to make no attempt to go around any landscaping when they did it. They just trampled over everything. They blared a radio all the time. For two days my toddler couldn't take a nap. I think their sales representative was very professional and I think they did a nice job. I just had a problem with how they finished the corner and they came back the same day and finished it to my liking and I thought that was nice. The crew was very polite. They communicated well and let us know how long it would take for the material to come in and how long the job would take. Everything was right on time and I thought their pricing was competitive. I don't have anything to compare them to. We would use them in the future.

No services were performed as the company never called us back. We called on Monday, August 8th and asked for someone to come out and take a look at our gutters to provide a quote for repair. We were told someone would call us before coming out. As of Friday, August 12th - 5 days later - no one has called or come by. We'll be moving on to someone that actually needs business.

The person who came out from Jeffco Guttering Company for the bid was very honest about his approach. We had had him out about a couple of years ago and he had said that we could continue with the same roof for at least another year. He didn’t rush us into replacing it then. My experience with the bidding process was great. The estimate he gave us was good. I would consider using him in the future.

They were very professional. They did quality work, but I thought they were pricey; maybe, that is what it takes. I would use them again in the future if the price is right.

Great. Jeffco was working in the neighborhood and found to have good recommendations from people around us. When the owner was in the neighborhood I asked if he would look at our roof and let us know if it warrented a replacement. He stated yes from hail damage. He told me steps to take with our insurance company. His bid was comparable to those of the insurance company suggested roofing company. The company was prompt with estimate, did what he stated he was going to do it, worked well with us and the insurance company. We added new skylights at the same time. We were very happy with the work, service and would use this company again.

We decided not to get the work done since we had other things to prioritize. They were great. They showed up on time. They were very courteous. They discussed my different options. We decided that we could not get the work done because we had to deal with other issues. They were going to help us with some complicated pest issues. Some walls had to come down and they were going to help with that. They had to look under the soffits and check where the pests were getting into the walls. We will use this company in the future.

The crew showed up as scheduled, worked very quickly and finished in less than 2 hours.

I needed some tuckpointing. The tuckpointer noted some flashing and other roofing problems. He did not do roofing, and recommended I contact Murphy roofing for an estimate. Jerry came out and estimated a couple of areas around the tuckpointing. I requested an additional estimate on a gutter guard product to replace an unsatisfactory solution I put in several years ago. He also recommended to replace some soil (stack) flashings, which appeared to be in bad condition. Jerry and his crew did a good job. Once the weather dried out they came out to do the work. It took a couple of days due to bad weather, but they fixed the problems and cleaned up the worksite. The crew did forget to add a downspout that I had requested, but invoiced me for it. They offered to come right out to install, but I decided to wait and see if I could get by without it (I am good so far). They told me to short-pay, which I did. I am very satisfied with the work, and would recommend them.

Their prices were fair. They are a family owned business. They are helpful and friendly.

I was 100% happy with the work that they did. They were professional and quick. Everything about it was a good experience. His price was excellent. I would recommend them and use them again.

I had a problem with my guttering so I called Jerry to come and have a look. While up on the roof he noticed that some of the plywood on my roofing underlayment was delaminating in places causing the roof to have soft spots. He came and inspected the bad plywood from inside my attic but could not see any reason why this could have happened, except that the wood must have been defective from the time it was installed about 5 years ago. Jerry suggested I could wait and that I did not have to repair it until it became a problem but I wanted it fixed right away. I asked for and promptly received an estimate and we agreed that the repair would be done as soon as the weather was right. As promised, Jerry called about 6 weeks later and sent his crew to do the job. Jerry's guys are great - very efficient, neat and knowledgeable. The job was completed as promised and now I don't worry about the roof leaking. He fixed the gutter, too, at no extra cost!

They did a fabulous job, the roof looks great. They were not the lowest priced bid I received, but their quality of work is excellent. They were careful to spread tarps to protect my property and cleaned up all the debris before they left.

I never heard back from them after my initial call. I followed up with them 10 days later and the receptionist was extremely rude and said she had no idea what the guys do with phone messages once she gives it to them. It has been several weeks now without any call from Jeffco. I guess they don't want the work.

They were on time for estimate appointment, which was important as this was not a primary residence, and we had to meet them there. They were flexible overall, especially with unusual guttering needs. They had to stop suddenly before job was done, but we trusted them to return and finish on their own, which they did. They were friendly throughout, and the end results look good.

I HIRED JEFFCO GUTTERING TO CLEAN ALL OF THE GUTTERS ON THE REAR OF THE SIX-UNIT, FOUR STORY TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX WHERE I LIVE, AS WELL AS TO "UPGRADE" FOUR OF THE DOWNSPOUTS FROM 2 X 3 TO 3 X 4. JEFFCO ALSO REINSTALLED SEVERAL PIECES OF LOOSE VINYL SIDING, AND REATTACHED ONE DOWNSPOUT. JERRY STRICKLAND WAS COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL, AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AT THE AGREED-TO PRICE. SINCE THIS PROJECT WAS RELATIVELY SMALL FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE CONTRACTOR, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE IT ONCE WE DECIDED TO PROCEED.
