Perfect - I could not have asked for more. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional and helpful. The countertops are beautiful. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done (in one day).

I love the new look of the counters and the back splash. It took less than two days: one full day for the counters and about 5 hours for the back splash. The workers cleansed up well, were professional. One installation problem arose, but the lead installer proposed several options for resolution. The mutually agreed upon resolution turned out perfectly. Unfortunately, the back splash I ordered was not in stock and took several weeks to arrive. So, the job couldn't be completed for about a month. The communication about that delay from the office could have been better, but it all worked out.

Wonderful. They showed up on time and stayed in communication. The sales rep, Joe, was excellent. Carried himself in such a way that seemed like it was his company. Very impressed. Joe was a definite reflection of the owner. They were all very accommodating to any changes that occurred. Everyone that comes over notices how beautiful everything is, especially the bathroom installations.

It went well, only takes a day, no mess

To complete this project we had to work with two separate companies and an independent contractor, so there were some delays due to coordination. Overall, it went very smoothly.

Estimates were very professional and well done. I had asked for an estimate over a year ago and then we thought we were going to move. After the house didn't sell I decided to check prices again and got another estimate over the phone. It was after that I made my unfortunate decision to go with a cheaper company and still regret not using Granite Transformations.

I've probably spent $20,000 with them over the last 20 years. I like their product and that they were very professional and cleaned up well afterward.

They were very professional. The product is beautiful; they certainly know how to cock. They are nice people. I was very happy with their work. I can't really compare them because I don't have anything to compare them against. Their price is average; it wasn't cheap and I don't think it was over the top either.

They came when they said they were going to come. They did my templates, and I'm really happy with my kitchen. I spent just a little under $4000. They came out and made templates one day and then came back and did the installation. The installation was done in one day also. They got the job done quickly like they said they would. The price was OK. I would give them an A+!

We called for an appointment. The service representative arrived on time on 9/15/08 and she patiently explained the process and showed us sample countertop finishes. We had originally planned on a granite countertop, but when we saw the "trend glass" sample in deep cobalt blue with all it's depth and sparkle, we immediately changed our minds and picked that. It looked to be perfect with our existing kitchen decor. At this meeting, we paid 1/2 of the total cost as a down payment and our representative advised that the office would call shortly to schedule the work. She explained that there were customers ahead of us but that we would be on the schedule as soon as there was an opening and it was convenient for us. The office called in a day or two and scheduled our work for October 8, 2008, and arranged for an employee to come to our home before then to "make a templet". This employee arrived and in short order had carefully measured our existing countertop surfaces and build a template of our countertops. He took this templet back to the company shop, where the counter top was created. The night before installation on 10/08, a plumber/electrician (private contractor) arrived to disconnect our sink plumbing and our stove top electrical connections and microwave. The sink and stove top etc. were stored temporarily on our dining room floor and covered with a tarp. The next morning, the work team brought the countertops finished and ready to install. The beautiful new countertops were fitted into place and glued directly on top of our old ones. It took all day and they were very professional and courteous. The workers put down tarps on the floor and vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. They cleaned and polished the finished countertops when they were done. There was no demolition and virtually no downtime! We ate out two nights mainly because we wanted to. They left us with a clean kitchen and care instructions and gorgeous new countertops. We made the right choice - the countertops are dazzling. We paid the last half of the total due when the job was finished. The same night, the private contractor came back and reconnected the plumbing and replaced the sinks and stovetop/microwave. We could not be happier with the work and the product and the experience. Our only regret is waiting for several years to have this work done!

We can't say enough good about this company. From the visit to the showroom, our sales lady, Leischen, the scheduling procedures, the workmen,their attention to detail, their manner, set up and clean up. The very professional manner in which everything was handled is something you don't see a lot of anymore. They really take great pride in their work and if we should ever need this type of service again (i.e. granite flooring, table tops, counters, desks, shower walls.) they would be our first choice.

Upon entry into the kitchen, the countertops and backsplash look very nice. However, we have two seams on both sides of the countertop section containing the sink. We were told about the tolerances we could expect in the seamed sections but nothing about color variations between sections. One of the seams is fine but the other joins two distinctly differently colored sections. This color difference is readily observable because it is in a heavily trafficked area and has been readily noticed by visitors. GT sent someone out to look and their answer, as well as that of the sales rep, was that color variations are possible. We were told that all sections came from the same lot. We were also told that the owner of GT would call and that never happened. We asked if any thing could be done about it, and we did not receive an answer. If we would have been aware ahead of time that the project would turn out like this, we would not have chosen GT.

COMPANY GOOD TO WORK WITH. INSTALLERS VERY CAREFUL, PROTECTING ALL FLOORING IN THEIR PATH, EVEN PUT CARDBOARD UNDER THEIR TRUCK SO IT WOULDN'T LEAK OIL ON OUR DRIVEWAY! WE HAD LITTLE GLITCH BECAUSE THE NEW STAINLESS STEEL SINK WE SELECTED WAS TOO LARGE FOR THE EXISTING OPENING. THEY WORKED WITH US, AND WE RESOLVED. VERY PROFESSIONAL. QUALITY PRODUCT; THE END RESULT IS STUNNING.
