Excellent! For $41 they mowed front/back lawn, trimmed, and blrw or removed m8st of lawn clippings. Very satisfied. Also offered me an excellent quote if I needed same service in the future.

The provider was already in the neighborhood and received a notification in his email of the big deal being purchased so he came by to do the job. I was not at home at the time, but when I came home I was so happy to see the work done and was surprised they even mowed my back yard as well. I was very pleased

Terry did a great job. He called me back less than 24 hours after I left a message and completed the work that same week. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Genuine Lawn Care & Landscaping.

I used Terry and his crew to remove my leaves last fall and was impressed with how quickly he and his crew blew the leaves from my yard to the front curb. From the first contact with Terry last fall and most recently he has been the utmost professional with his communications with me to the hard work he does ensuring his crew knows exactly what is expected from them. The 3 guys that worked with Terry today are all amazingly great workers as is Terry! In a nutshell Terry and his crew transformed my yard from a jungle to a resort in under 4 hours. I was so impressed with Terry's crew, I tipped them $20.00 each along with giving Terry a $20.00 tip too! My only regret is I did not take any before photo's to share with everyone on Angie's list! I will make a point of sharing how great my yard looks along with photo's of the Arborvitae tree's Terry and his crew planted by next week!

The contractor said he would start in two weeks and would give me a call towards the end of the second week to set a specific start date. The contractor did not call. I called twice in the week he said he would start working. I left a voice mail asking him to call me. Neither of my two call were returned. If he didn't want to do the work, the least he could have done is call me back and tell me he wasn't coming. It is unprofessional and rude to just blow off a customer that you made a commitment to. A quick phone call was all that was needed. Very disappointed.

I called around 10 the morning of a 5-6 inch snowfall to see if they could clear my driveway. They checked and said that they had not yet been in my area and would be able to do it that day. They arrived around1:30 and were finished in about 30-45 minutes with both a large rear-entry driveway and walk. Very pleasant to deal with on the phone. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I called the day before an expected 6" snowfall. Great job and very professional.

I have been using the company for about 3 months and everything has gone very well so far. When I first used them I needed to come out at a days notice and on a Saturday. They were able to do so and got everything taken care of. Two technicians come out and complete the job in about 30 minutes. They always show up as scheduled and I have never had any issue with payments.

They are fantastic. They are very good and are always very nice! One time they even cleaned off my front porch for me, and I never asked them to do that.

We have not had need of it yet, but he appeared to be very responsive.

It went great! They were able to plow through the amazingly large pile left behind by the city plows. They got my driveway cleaned perfectly! They were very professional and very capable! They did an outstanding job!

I called several Angies List providers the morning after a large snowstorm. several were booked full and i left messages a couple of other places. This company returned my call within minutes, apologizing for not catching my call initially. I explained that i was a single woman with a long driveway on a slope with a parking area behind and that i Seriously needed help! I asked if they had any room left on the schedule . Kelly asked my location and then said that although they'd been in my area already, she'd see if she could fit me in. In less than a minute she was back, said they could get to me and apologized again that it would be a little higher than usual due to the return trip. The price of $100 was well worth it, as I've paid almost as much for a lot less work in a lot less snow! They asked if I wanted to be added to their on call list, and how many inches before they should come, and that it would've less expensive that way. Since we are having a "real" winter this year, I took her up on the offer. The crew showed up by 12 or 12:30 and did a fantastic job! Best money I've spent in a long time- tipped them a $20 and thanked them profusely! GREAT JOB!!!

On 1/5/2013, we had 12" of snow. On 1/6, it was below 0. I called Terry about 8:00 on 1/6 and we had a short discussion and he gave me a $100 ESTIMATED price for clearing my driveway and said he would come by in "a couple of hours." At 10:00, my neighbor sent over a crew who had just finished his driveway, and they would do the job for $60. I tried to call Terry, but got an automated system that advised they could not take a message. About 10:20, Terry showed up ready to do the work. I felt like a rat, but the other guys had already started and I didn't really know whether Terry would be here and the $100 price was firm. Sincere apologies to Terry, but he has proven himself reliable and I will call him again when I have yard work to do.

He came out and scoped out the work on a weekend and explained what he was going to do. Then he came out and worked all day to finish the job. Some of my gutters had come loose and they got up and attached those, which was nice.

I have used Genuine Lawn Care and Landscaping for several years now. Guests often comment on how good my lawn looks. The owner and his staff are courteous and accommodating. All new requests/questions/issues have been handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Prompt response and provided service within 2 days. We weren't home when they cut our lawn, but found the job well done when we got back.

Always great service. The only issue I have ever had was when they spilled oil on the concrete and stained it. Terry came out, owned the problem and fixed it. I have had a few times that the workers mowed the lawn when it wasn't needed, but that was more because i directed them to just start cutting the lawn without inquiring with me. I use them every year for bush trimming, gutter cleaning and leaf removal and they do a very thorough job.

I thought that the price was very reasonable. I will be signing up for more services with him. I was very satisfied. I called when they were very busy and he was kind enough to come do service for me.

I sent Terry an email and then he called me. I asked him he would like to come and look at the lawn and see how much he would charge me to mow the lawn. He came out and looked at the lawn and then he called me back and said it would be $60. He said he didn't need any more lawns and that he was too busy.

They scheduled us with very short notice. Arrived timely, performed a very good job. Provided advice to improve curb appeal.

The snow removal service performed was excellent. They plowed a drive way servicing 5 townhomes. The service was provided just as ordered. Service was completed between 12:00 am and 6:00 am. There was no loud noise and had it not been for the bill in the mailbox and the completed work, you would never know the job had been completed. I respected the agreed to price of $150. Another bid, which came in late, was about $75.00, for the same work. However, I have no complaints on the services performed. They did a very good job. What I liked about this company is they follow-up your calls. I found other landscape/snow removal companies not as punctual. This influenced my buying decision. I wanted a reliable company to perform this important service for me and my neighbors.

Terry from Genuine Lawn Care came out and gave an estimate for pruning three very large trees, removing two bushes, trimming and cleaning up both front and back yards, and removal of building materials previously left on our property. Terry's estimate turned out to be higher than the actual bill, which was a lovely surprise and the work was beautiful and well done. I then hired them to power wash our house. Apparently the individual that came did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the second floor side of our home and he did not inform Terry of the need to complete the task. I called and left two messages to address this - after a few days Terry called back, apologized and explained that this employee had been fired that following day so no message had been relayed to him about the siding not being completed. Terry came out (or sent someone out) the next day to complete the job. We have now hired them to handle our total lawn care (fertilization, mowing, trimming etc.,). I have yet to see how they carry that out. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. We have only two issues with Genuine Lawn Care: they don't always return messages left on their machine. If I call when there is someone available to answer the phone, I can usually get a quick response. But there have been multiple messgaes that have gone unresponded to. They also tend to come at unexpected times. This was only bothersome when schedules were slightly changed to be sure to be around for their arrivals and they came earlier than expected. Terry is very good about apologizing and is very professional and clearly VERY knowledgable about lawn care, tree care and maintainance. We will stay with them and I'll follow up with another review in 6-months.

I hired Genuine to cut my lawn this year. They show up every two weeks, and for $40 make sure my lawn doesn't get too out of hand. They are among the more expensive of the companies I called, but not so much so that I have been looking elsewhere because they really do a good job. My one of the two issues thus far with Genuine is that they regularly leave the side and back gates open. This isn't a huge problem, since my dog has not been here this season, but it will be a problem when she returns. Secondly, while they are very flexible with the billing and payment schedule, I have asked that they mail or email my statements because I live alone and travel extensively. While I have had this conversation with them a couple of ties, they continue to leave the statements on my front porch which sometimes causes them to go unpaid for a week or more. They don't seem to have so much of a problem with that that they start sending me the statements, but it's still an annoyance. In fact, I have been gone for two weeks and can tell they have been here in the last couple of days. Either they have finally gotten the message to mail the statements, or it blew away from the porch before I got home.
