Gateway Tree Care

I was very concerned about this large oak tree between my house and neighbor's house and my fence and shed directly below the tree. Needed it removed with no damage, and that is exactly what Shane and Brian and the crew did. Very happy with the results and the clean up that the crew did, All very respectful and any concerns that I had were addressed. very efficient

Great service at a great price. Requested quotes from multiple services in the area and chose Gateway due to their responsiveness and competitive price. Our backyard is not easy to get to - workers had to go through a fence and around a pool to remove the tree - and they did a great job doing so. Only minor hiccup was the workers missed grinding the stump due to miscommunication, but once I brought it to their attention, it was handled promptly. All work was done to our satisfaction and then some! They did such a great job cleaning up, our whole yard looks better now than it did before they were there. I have no regret finally tackling this job and having hired Gateway Tree Care to do it.

Gateway Tree Care did excellent work trimming trees in our yard. Price was very reasonable. They were quick and efficient. Even checked back in with us to see if we were satisfied. Highly recommend for value and quality work.

Brian was extremely helpful in making the exact dates and times work out for us. He was very courteous and got back to us with several of our questions. They had the trees down and everything cleaned up for us in a timely fashion. It was much appreciated! In addition to that, Brian went above and beyond by taking out a small annoying stump in the backyard and also removing a light post for us. We definitely would call Gateway back to do tree work for us in the future.

They were detail oriented, careful, tidy and did exactly as described in the estimate details for the exact cost they gave. Shane and Vicki were both awesome to work with and their crew was wonderful.

We had a great experience with Gateway Tree Care. From our first phone call, to the visit with Shane for the estimate, to the actual day the work was done, we were exceptionally pleased. Shane proved a knowledgeable arborist and we welcomed his suggestions. On the day the work was to be done, Shane arrived first to confirm the job scope, and then the crew arrived. We were not home during the actual work, but when we returned we were delighted with the results. Everything was trimmed and cleaned out as expected, and not a loose branch or leaf was left behind. They did a great job cleaning the job site and hauling away all the debris. We would highly recommend Shane, his crew and Gateway Tree Service. This company does excellent work. Their communication is less than stellar and kept me guessing but when they arrived to do the work, they are top-notch professional and excellent. I was amazed at their carefulness and attention to details.

Gateway did a very professional job trimming our trees and removing one that was dying. Competitive pricing. Took longer than expected for them to come out to do the job, but were very polite and responded quickly the couple of times I called to ask questions. Would use them again.

Shane came out and gave me a quote to remove my trees and branches that beat all of the other companies by a long shot. Due to the size of the job I had it had to be completed over several days. Shane the arborist actually answered his phone and gave detail and was on time and worked in the rain. He was very accommodating with the date needed and was priced fairly.

Arrived on time on designated day and did the whole job in one day. Crew was professional and had very good equiptment.Did a good job of cleanup afterwords. All in all a professional job.

They did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. They contacted Ameren because the power line to my house was in the way with one of the trees. So, I didn't have to worry about scheduling that part of it. I felt their price was very reasonable. If I ever have to have work done again or cut down a tree I will give them a call.
