+ -1 moreHe was finished and cleaned up in about five or six hours. He came quickly to give us an estimate and was on time and efficient on the day of the job. The areas were cleaned up and the old wallpaper was bagged up and set out for the trash.

+ -1 moreProblem free and pleasant. His bid was exactly the same as another company's and we thought it was fairly priced. Went with Tom because of the reports emphasizing his professionalism. They were right: he did the job right on schedule, right on price, and exceeded our expectations for the outcome.
Description of Work: Tom removed several rooms and hallways that had wallpaper dating from the 1950s. He removed the glue from the walls as well. We were extremely pleased with the job of wallpaper removal he performed. A couple of the walls had paper that had been painted and was of a type that we knew was going to be very tough to remove. He did a great job, and we would not hesitate to use him again for wallpaper removal.

+ -1 moreTom actually arrived 15 minutes early and he and his assistant completed the job in about 3 hours. They were very professional and prepared and left the area clean. I enjoyed working with him and would like to use his services again.
Description of Work: I found Tom's company on Angie's List and was very happy with his responsiveness and service level. He and his assistant also finished the job really quickly; half a day to remove the paper in the master bedroom and bathroom. I have booked him for another job.

+ -1 moreTom returned my phone call promptly and came out a few days later to give me an estimate. He returned on the scheduled date to do the work. He and his assistant worked steadily, completing what was a big job on the same day. They did an excellent job, especially considering that they had to work in the laundry room with all its hook-ups, the tiny powder room, the upstairs bathroom that has small, separate rooms for the toilet and bath/shower, and the master bath, which also has many nooks and crannies. They moved what needed to be moved and put everything back into place, including mirrors and towel racks, doing a thorough job of cleaning up after finishing. Tom is polite, professional, and friendly. I would definitely hire him again!
Description of Work: Tom and his assistant removed the wallpaper from our entryway, dining room, powder room, master bedroom (border), master bath, laundry room, and large upstairs bathroom.

+ -1 moreTom and his colleague completed the job within a few hours and did a great job with the clean up. Tom was great about returning calls and scheduling the appointment. This was probably some of the best money I've ever spent. Highly recommend and would use again.
