We just bought a new house and Rob came and inspected, cleaning and repaired it promptly! He did a stellar job. He was genuine and didn’t try to nickel and dime us. Great experience.

There was no charge. He was prompt. He was friendly. Everything so far has been an "A".On the price, it was what I expected. He was very responsive. He was there when I needed him. He told me it was going to be a while because he was swamped. He did tell me that he wasn't going to be able to get to the work for a couple of months. So, I understood that and I wasn't in a hurry. So, it do not matter to me. I would say he was professional. It was him and one of the people that works for him. They were probably out there for probably 20-25minutes. They did let me know everything.

A good company to clean chimney periodically. Helpful and professional. Cleaned out bird debris, left place well cleaned up and made suggestions to improve the air flow and to possibly fix small problem areas. But there was no pressure to pay more. Even made suggestions about where to go for new "logs." Will use again.

This is an excellent company and I've been looking for them again. We used them for stonework at a previous home (turned a BBQ into a fireplace) and I didn't know they were listed here. Will definitely call them for next chimney cleaning in the spring.

Provider arrived early, scheduling was easy, Jake came out to our house and left everything very clean. The results of the inspection were slightly different than we heard before (another provider had tried to sell us a $3,000 flue liner). I felt that Jake was honest and detailed in his work, he answered all of my questions, was friendly, clean, professional and nice to my nosey dog. Turns out the flu is not cracked and we do not need a flue liner. Thank you for your service.

Good! Explained everything, recommended a small repair but did not try to "upsell." Left things clean. Was recommended by another home owner. We'll use this company again.

I called Chimney Unlimited and they came out the next day to inspect and write an estimate. We spoke on the telephone about the job, I said go ahead and the lead time was three weeks. They tuck pointed, fixed the cracks in the chimney cap, acid washed and sealed the chimney. They mailed me and invoice and I promptly mailed them a check. Yes, I would use this contractor again.

Service was friendly and professional, everything was left super clean. I'd definitely use them again!

The were on time, preformed the work quickly and left nothing behind. Their dedication to keeping the dirt and soot out of the living space was fantastic.

Rob called before showing up at the scheduled time. He was very good. He removed the old firebox, that was falling apart. He reinstalled the box and closed off the flue. He cleaned up very nicely after himself.

I wanted the workers to go around to the back of the house to the lower level where the fireplace was to keep the house clean, but they refused because they said they didn't want to get their shoes wet. I told them that I didn't want them to do the job after all.

The installer was a bit surly. It was obvious that he didn't want to be doing the job on the second floor of a 2 family house. He complained about the temperature because the window installers were also doing work that day. The mortar at the edge of the face of the fireplace is uneven and looks bad. The firebox is now too shallow to install gas logs. We decided to find an attractive means to cover the ugly mortar job and just put candles in the space. Because the bricks were not aligned with the original shape of our firebox, the cost of any trim to make the space attractive is double the normal cost. I have tried to call the company several times to discuss options. I always get the voicemail and a call back when I'm working so I've been playing phone tag and I'm over it.

Robert, I think he is the owner, was professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He came when he said he would and the price was very reasonable.

He returned my phone call quickly. He arrived promptly when he said he would. He cleaned the chimney leaving no debris and was very careful to lay down cloths to prevent a mess. He gave a reasonable estimate for masonry repair of a second chimney. He was very friendly and courteous. He answered questions about both wood burning stove and possibility of converting second fireplace to gas.

HE CAME WHEN HE SAID AND REPAIRED IT WITHOUT MY HAVING TO BE HOME. THE ESTIMATE HE GAVE US WAS VERY FAIR. IT WAS EASY TO REACH HIM BY PHONE. HE RETURNED CALLS QUICKLY TO FOLLOW UP.

ON TIME, VERY NEAT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS CONFIDENT OF HIS ASSESSMENT OF OUR CHIMNEY'S CONDITION AND HIS QUOTE TO DO THE BRICKWORK WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS THAN THE OTHER QUOTE WE RECEIVED.
