Biggest issues: poor communication; did not show on time; did not clean up biohazards properly; broke windows; multiple errors in window measurement; and lack of customer service. Installation: Showed up late each day. They also broke a window in our kids room. Instead of cleaning it right away, they didn't touch it until the installation supervisor came by and my wife asked them to clean up the broken glass. Even then, they didnt pick up all the shards and left blood smears on the window. We had to clean up the rest of the glass and clean the blood smear on the window ourselves because we could not stand the thought of our kids injuring themselves on the broken glass or touching a biohazard or as OSHA defines it as hazardous waste. Also, they broke another window for our garage but instead of re-installing our original unbroken window, they kept the broken window installed. They also mismeasured our basement window, requiring them to re-order the window. So, at the end of the first day of install (was originally told the project would take a couple of hours), it turned into a 2-day install that resulted in 2 broken windows, 1 mismeasured (and not installed) window, blood (hazardous waste) that was not cleaned, a broken window screen, and installers not showing up at the time that they said they would. Re-Install: They came back out a month later to reinstall the mismeasured basement window and the garage window that the installers broke. Both of the windows still did not fit correctly because they were mismeasured again. After the second mismeasurement, the installation manager measured the basement window himself. Another month later, the mismeasured window came in and it was again the wrong size. They did not even bring the garage window because they could not find it in the warehouse. Customer Service. This company has terrible customer service. 1) I  ve tried multiple times to request a call through their web submission page. Got nothing back. I called their National hotline and asked for their managers to call me to help. Got nothing back. I just wanted to let them know what our experience was like so they could make it right. 2) The installation manager told me that he could get me a discount for all the troubles and to **make it right** When the installation manager was messing up, I reached out to his supervisor, the regional installation manager. He told me that it was against company policy to give further discounts and making it right meant that they would come out and ensure the windows were installed correctly. Customer Service. Unacceptable view of making it right... hen we ve had to endure multiple delays due to their multiple demonstrations of incompetence and lack of care by not cleaning up broken glass in our kids room and not cleaning up smeared blood. We are now 3 months, almost 4 months past the original install date and still have a broken garage window and a mismeasured basement window that has yet to be replaced with no updates in sight. Not even the company National Care Center team is doing much about this aside from regurgitating policy and not actually trying to see the problem from the customers stand...

Very pleased with all aspects of the company so far. In fact I was so impressed with their products prices that I added on an additional window and a sliding glass door to my project! They are currently producing my windows and should be installed far before real winter! And they do 90% of the instillation of the windows from the OUTSIDE...which made me feel so much more safe in this time of COVID.
