We were very impressed with the young owner of this business, Michael Eddins. He responded quickly to our query and met us to give us a quote and assure us that his method of cleaning would be suitable for carpet installed on basement concrete. We did not want a wet/extraction method used and his web site allowed us to see the care he would take with our home. Mike did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
