+ -1 moreDid a great job. The one hard-wood looks a bit funny (just not used to seeing it that way yet), but it was quite obvious after all was done that it was long overdue and badly needed. I'm sure both trees will be much better off.
Description of Work: Trimmed back two smaller hard-wood trees growing into evergreens.

John, himself, was great to work with and responded to my calls and e-mails in a timely manner. He was more than fair in his price and responsive to my requests and suggestions. I would recommend Best Value, without reservation, to anyone who needs tree service!!
Description of Work: Removed a large 70' oak tree that overlooked and threatened my house because the trunk had rotted due to extensive damage at the base. The majority of the tree including the limbs were removed from my property. The large trunk was cut up and left for future use as firewood.at my request. Two additional large, dead trees on my wooded property were downed and left where they fell, as I requested (to reduce debris removal costs). These dead trees posed a hazzard as they were liable to fall at any time.

+ -1 moreWhen I first called I got a voice-mail so I left a message. John called me back a few minutes later and said he would come out that evening to look at the trees. He showed up when he said he would and was really easy to talk to. He also gave me his card and a copy of his insurance certificate. I showed him what I wanted done and in a few minutes he gave me an estimate. It was the lowest bid so I asked him when he could do the job. John scheduled us for two days later. Two days later they were there and did the job. They cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they had been there.
Description of Work: We had a broken bradford pear taken out. They also removed some large limbs that were really close to my roof. They also ground the stump on the pear and took away the mulch from the stump.
