It went really well. Mike gave us an estimate that was right in the middle of the other estimates we had gotten, but he seemed more professional than some of the other companies we had tried. We set a date for the work to be done; Atlas told us in advance everything we would need to do and everything they would do to prepare for the job. The job started and ended on time and on budget. I was really impressed by everyone I dealt with: the office staff (Michelle) is very professional and responsive, and the guys who did the work were great. There was a slight problem with the concrete in one area of the basement -- it needed to be leveled a bit. I called to see if they could fix it, and they came out immediately. I didn't have to ask twice for them to fix it. I thought they would just pour something on top of it to level it off, but instead they tore up the concrete in that area and repoured it. They seemed to have a real committment to the quality of their work. Really, we couldn't have been happier with the whole job.

They worked very hard to fix the problem and they did run into some issues but it was to no fault of their own.

They determined that the leak in the basement was caused by a vertical crack in the foundation. Because the basement is drywalled and finished we wanted to try fixing the leak through an exterior repair. They dug down to the foundation and made the repair. After a period of approx 4 weeks we noticed water again. I notified them and they quickly responded. They came out and repaired the exterior wall again. To date it has remained dry. Very professional to deal with.

The provider did nothing. We contacted them in the spring to fix a basement leak caused by water seeping under our garage floor. They promptly came out and proposed mudjacking the garage floor. We agreed and signed a contract. It took them two more months to schedule the appt. On the appt. day, they didn't show up. I had to call to find out why. Was told that they had a scheduling conflict and had left a message, which they had not. 'Oh, so sorry, we'll schedule you for next week.' Same thing, no show. The mixer truck broke down or something. We'll call you in two days to reschedule. That was in June. We have never received a call, even though my husband called them and was told the same thing. Stay far away from these guys. Very, very unprofessional , and very poor service. Update: No contact, and no response to this review. Sad to see what was a good business turn so shoddy. Update 9/16/2013 at 3:00PM: Phone call from secretary wanting to come over tomorrow ( 9/17/2013 ) to do the work. Explained that we are no longer interested in doing business with their company as they have ignored us for three months.

Once I decided to use Atlas, we scheduled a date for the work to be done. The worker arrived on time, and went straight to the job. There's a little bit of a mess with this work, but not much, and it was all cleaned up before he left.

I called three times and email the company requesting an estimate on foundation repair. I've never heard back from them.

No response to Email and can't leave a message on voice mail.

Great work. Due to weather (10" of snow!) they weren't able to work on the original date scheduled, but called to let me know and to reschedule. Worker were professional and clearly communicated what they were going to do, and answered all my questions. Showed up around 8am with their hydraulic drilling equipment to install piers under the front edge of our patio. Within a couple of hours they were done, cleaned up and gone. Very positive experience.

Well when I called, I setup an appointment about 2 weeks later. Mike was nice & arrived bit late. He'd collected info he needed & said that I'd be e-miailed an estimate in few days. I never got a estimate, so I called back 2 weeks later, still no estimate & my call was not returned. I'm used to contractors not following up or doing what they say, just a shame they waste my time.

Received prompt response to request for an estimate. Mike came to do the estimate, he was professional and very helpful. After contacting several other companies we decided to go with Atlas; they had the best Angie's List rating and the best price. When I received the contract I noticed repair of the cracks was not in the contract. I called and asked for a revised contract. It took several calls to get a response. Once I received the revised contract I returned the signed contract and deposit. The signed contract was returned on December 12, 2012. On January 9, 2013 I called because I had not received a response from Atlas regarding scheduling the work. Again it took several calls to get a response; messages were left each time. Finally I received a call to let me know the date the work would be performed. I called Atlas a few days before the work was scheduled to be done because of the weather. I was told the weather would not affect the work . On the scheduled day the men arrived about 9:00am, they went promptly to work. About 2:00pm one of the men told me they had to stop because they didn't have enough pipe and they would return the next day to complete the job. I had initially been told it would take one day. The job was completed the next day, February 26, 2013. I paid the balance of the contract with a credit card. I was told my receipt and a copy of the installation log would be mailed. I had to make two phone calls to request my receipt ; I finally received it March 15. I hope the work that was performed is better than the responsiveness I received.

I have had this company come out twice now to repair cracks in the basement walls that were leaking during heavy rain. I chose them based upon previous Angie's list reviews and they have not let me down. Service has been extremely professional and they have gone well above and beyond what I expected. They always take the time to explain the job to me and answer all my questions. They also treat my property with respect. Sometimes it does take a few days or even a week or so to get an email response of phone call back from them, but they always do get back to me. I believe that part of this is because they are so busy and that much of the "office work" is often done by the workers themselves. They always show up on time or early for appointments and the price is very fair for the job and quality of work that you get. I have recommended them to many people.

I called the company and left two messages, the first on 2/11 and the second on 2/13, asking them to call about coming out and giving me an estimate to fix the leaking crack in my basement wall. No one ever returned my calls.

The work crew was very professional. They were on time, worked hard to finish as soon as possible and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

All of the employees were extremely professional. They went above and beyond what was expected by fixing doors that wouldn't shut properly and returning the wooden deck to the way it was found. You really couldn't even tell that they had taken it apart! All of the displaced dirt was secured with a tarp and boards to prevent it from washing away. They even filled in some holes the dogs had dug in the yard when they were done. I really appreciated the level of care they took with our house and their professional attitude!

Mike arrived on time to review the situation and then within a week or so sent a written proposal to stabilize the structure. The office called to schedule the work. The workers showed up on time, were courteous and efficient in completing the work. They cleaned up thoroughly. I was impressed at how well they worked together and at their efficiency. It took less time than I expected.

Over the summer, we had a crack form in the slab of a four seasons room off the back of our house. The crack appeared to lift the tile on either side, and after checking the floor with a level, we became concerned that a section of the room was falling. Fearing the worst and not wanting part of our home to continue to slide down a hill we contacted Mark at Atlas Foundation Solutions. He responded quickly to a voice mail and promptly set up a time to inspect the property. I met him over my lunch hour and he was actually at my home before I arrived. He inspected the crack and a gap in a wall that I believed related. Concluding that the foundation was falling, he explained what was happening, why the gaps and cracks looked the way they did and how to solve it. Being my first home, I also proceeded to show him every single crack, bulge and gap in the home. He was patient and explained how to control water around the foundation to prevent the foundation from moving so much. He even went into a detailed discussion of the proper way to install a French drain. All of this made me feel much better about the condition of my foundation. After obtaining a couple other bids, we felt confident both in the price and expertise of Atlas Foundation Solutions, but had a couple questions about the helical piers they suggested. After a call, they promptly answered our questions. The crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to. They began by digging two holes for the piers. They were careful to put the dirt on tarps and try and keep the area as undisturbed as possible. After a couple hours, they had the holes dug, piers in place and were ready to level. One of the guys came inside to direct the leveling procedure. After a few minutes, my room was once again level and secure. The crew backfilled the holes and left the place looking close to how they found it. I believe the total amount of time for them to install two piers was around three and a half hours, much less than I would have guessed. We have had a couple dramatic temperature swings and some rain since they installed the piers, and I am happy to say, nothing has shifted. I would certainly recommend Atlas.

Mike arrived and gave me an estimate and explained in detail the work to be done. As soon as i approved the work i was put on the schedule. the crew arrived as scheduled and did the work as planned. they cleaned up each day and restored the ground as best they could. they completed the job as advertised and even went above and beyond to ensure i would be satisfied. i definitely would use them again and recommend them.

They were punctual, did good work, and I would recommend them.

Mike came out for the initial estimate. He was very personable and spent a lot of time with me discussing options to solve my problem. Also discussed some other issues for which I have not had services performed yet. I feel like he was honest with me and did not try to push a more expensive solution than was absolutely necessary. Not too long after our meeting for the estimate I received a written estimate with full description of services and diagram. After contacting the company initially to say I wanted to proceed, it did take a couple weeks to get a call to make the appointment. We scheduled approx 10 days later. They showed up on time and took care of the project without incident or any surprises. It went very smoothly.

As always, Mike was fantastic. He was able to get us on the schedule within a day or two to come view the crack and provide an estimate, which included two different options for us at two different price levels so we could decide what was best for us. We decided on the outside repair and Mike was able to come out with a crew within a couple of business days - on a holiday week! The work was completed by early morning and you could barely tell there had been a hole dug. Dirt had been placed on a tarp during the dig and replaced, along with the sod, perfectly. Excellent service and quality work along with a very professional staff!

Work was completed as promised and began on schedule. Slight delay in completion was due to the availability of U. City inspector.

We were panicked because we realized that our 1980's added-on sunroom was sinking at one corner and we were just about to add on to it. Mike squeezed us into his schedule, and they were amazingly fast and efficient and professional. They started just when they said it would, and finished early. I expected to be inconvenienced somehow, but we were not. They not only moved some heavy stones that were in their way, they put them back like they had found them. Mike's guys really know what they are doing (as opposed to some other companies, where you might find that the people who actually do the work are disappointingly ignorant). Mike himself came back to check our windows, etc. with a level to make sure the job was done right and to see how we were doing with the permitting and inspection process. I wish every company had such great work ethic and customer service.

Bid process went smoothly. Showed up when he said he would and got me a written bid within a week or so. The job went smoothly. I never met the crew because I was at work. All the work (3 piers were put in to shore up a corner of the house) was done from the outside so they never needed access to the inside of the house. They concreted over the holes and cleaned up their mess. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Mike came out and quoted the job and looked the rest of the house over for potential issues. A few weeks later, they came out to epoxy inject a crack in the basement wall to stop a bad water leak I was having. The workman was very professional and did a great job. The work looks good and hopefully the crack won't leak water anymore. Cost was exactly as the estimate stated...no more, no less. Still waiting on a good rain to find out if the leak is fixed.
