Description of Work: I thought that the crew did a fantastic job at a resonance price. They were also very responsive when I called with questions. I had a drain tile system and sump pump put into my basement. Great work and no leaks!

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate on my foundation . He said he would get back with me in a week. He never did contact us. We called his office twice and they said they would send out the estimate but never did. I never heard from them. It's been over 6 months. I Guess they didn't want our business. What kind of business does that!!

Description of Work: Atlas corrected a bowing/crakced foundation wall with 5 helical ties and then epoxy injected 42+ linear feet of cracking.The bowed wall was straightened. Exterior foundation was dug to the footing. Drainage lines were replaced and exterior waterproofing was done. The foundation was filled with clean gravel up to the last 2 feet or so. Landscape cloth covered the gravel. Then clay soil was power compacted on top of the gravel. This clay soil did not allow rain water to percolate down to the drain line. Rain was pooling against the foundation and coming over a crack between the brick and poured cement foundation. An employee came back after the rain to seal this crack and no further rain leaking has been noted. The work took 7 business days. The water line to our house was accidentally broken during the procedure and it took a few hours to correct this problem. The backhoe accidentally hit our family heirloom antique school bell and broke the harp. Atlas repaired this break and painted the harp and bell.

Description of Work: I have a pefab sunroom and the door would not close completely and was sticking. The company that installed the room said I needed to have the room piered-up. Searched Angie's list and found Atlas Foundation Solutions. Company owner came out and inspected the room and said I only need to have a new door installed and that would take care of the problem. He said the room was really not as bad as I thought and he would not do anything because the room was fine as is. He was very honest with me and I truly appreciate that. |

Description of Work: They lifted my foundation on the NW corner of my house. They cleaned up and replaced the concrete on the side sidewalk sloping away from the house, like I asked. All workers were very pleasant.

Description of Work: Mike Willard of Altlas came to the house on 5/28, reviewed the problem and said he would send a proposal. By 6/18/2013, nothing has arrived in spite of three interim messages left by me for Mike and his firm. They have not returned the calls or responded in any way.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment via email on Friday for a technician to come to my home to provide an estimate. I took half a day off from work and nobody showed-up for the appointment. I called them 30 minutes and an hour after the scheduled time to try to determine if the technician was running late and nobody returned my call. I also sent an email since our primary form of communication was via email and there was no response. My phone number and address was provided in the email exchanges. Loved being away from work but would have rather spent my limited number of vacation days on something more fun than waiting for someone to no-show me. In their defense, I asked for an appt on September 7 and they replied back offering 1pm. I responded back that 1pm would work perfect. They didn't reply with a confirmation that it was scheduled; however, they also didn't respond back that it wouldn't work either. This was all scheduled on Tuesday, September 4, 2012,

Description of Work: Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and I had no problems working with the company. Everything that I needed done was done in a professional manner and done correctly.

Description of Work: Mike came out to give me an estimate on some basement cracks and a patio sinking issue. He was very knowledgable and evaluated the situation. He said no work was necessary at this time and for me to monitor some minor cracks and call them if they grow at all. Very honest and reliable. I will call them if I need assistance.
