Scheduled shower replacement, called day before to confirm would be there between 8:30 and 9:30. Called at 10:30 to say they would not be starting the job and could schedule a week out. I had a complete yard project on Monday and could not accommodate. I told them to cancel, and they said I would lose my $1000 deposit and be subject to additional charges. I do not recommend that anyone use them.

The company is worried about marketing. The new tub is nice. I have no complaints as long as the product performs as marketed over time and the company backs the product if it doesn't.

Our installer was professional, prompt, and kept the work area very clean. I found out we paid a bit over the average cost for a new tub but was very satisfied with the product.

Beautiful Bathroom remodel!

The installers arrived on time as scheduled, thoroughly reviewed work to be done and did a beautiful job installing. Very pleased with the work and will hire again and refer to friends and family.

Professional and reliable company.

The installer, Nick was amazing. Prompt, polite, efficient, perfectionist. My husband and I are still in awe over the transition. Anyone thinking about replacing their tub with a shower, I highly recommend Alenco.

Their warranty is only good in print. Their only response was: You will have to work it out with the manufacturer. So, buyer beware and do not trust the recommendation of radio and/or television personalities. Shop around and get recommendations from customers from the contractors. Update: 10/21/2019 BuyersBeaware They do not warranty their work nor do they come to your assistance when you have an issue with the siding/product they installed. Siding installed and after a little over 1 year, it began to show horrible signs of failing. Where is Alenco? Declined to help us in anyway.

Very professional work done could not be happier. Very pricey for my taste but then again Im old. But the job done they stand behind it for the life of the home.

The only complaint I have is they put my shower doors on backwards and I thought the price was a little on the high side. They were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. Overall a very good experience.

Installation was terrific! All involved acted as a team to offer a seamless and effortless project. Couldn't have had a better experience thanks to our lead project manager Pat! We are definitely planning on using them again.

Simple process through home advisor.

We needed to fix a shower for my father who had a stroke. The salespeople were nice and looked at the job. The original shower was in a difficult place so I didn't even blink at the price. I liked the product was guaranteed for life so we went with them. After paying the deposit I had to call after 6-7 weeks just to find out when they would do the job. Finally, they got to it after a few more weeks. when I came home from work and was told it was complete. It wasn't and still isn't. There is still greenboard showing where it can get wet and moldy. The sales man Mark Frney the person who sold it to us came by to get paid and I showed it to him. He said he would bring paint and if nessisary paint it himself. This is a very personable guy so I belived him. There was a question about putting in a sink. After I told him we would be putting in the sink ourselves he will no longer respond to my calls about the paint. The shower is still not usable and now after $9,800, we will have to complete work that they had agreed to fix. I will not recommend these guys to walk a dog.

They did an excellent job, friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
