+ -1 moreWe have been using their services for about 10 years. They have been fine and always do a good job. They seem to be very reasonably priced. They are very good at what they do and can get all kinds of stains out of carpets.
Description of Work: They came out for routine carpet cleaning of our main floor.

+ -1 moreThe service is excellent. He can get impossible stains out. Somebody had spilled a large amount of coffee and it burnt and stained the carpet and you cannot even tell by looking that it had a large stain and burn in the past. He is very trustworthy and will even do the work when I am not home. I have total confidence and trust in him.
Description of Work: This was for carpet cleaning. They come atleast twice a year to our home.

+ -1 moreKen does an amazing job. He has secrets for getting out stains that other cleaners leave behind. My carpets dry very quickly and look like new when he is finished. He and his help are neat, fast and professional. You might find a cheaper price, but Ken is in the ballpark and worth every penny.
Description of Work: Ken cleaned my 12 year old carpet, including stairs, bedrooms and family room.

+ -1 moreAbsolute Carpet Cleaning sent a man who was very nice and personable. What I like about this company is that the product they use doesn't leave any residue and you don't have to run fans all day. I had thought the chair stain would be there forever, but they got it out.
Description of Work: They cleaned 2000 square feet of carpet. They used an enzyme product that is not wet. They removed a stain on a chair.

+ -1 moreThe carpets dried quickly and all of the stains came out except one. They explained that the one stain would have needed bleach, which would ruin the carpet. They were very concerned that the job was done to my satisfaction. They did a great job.
Description of Work: Absolute Carpet Cleaning cleaned 3 area rugs and 2 rooms with wall-to-wall carpet. They pretreated for stains and moved furniture as needed.

+ -1 moreI WAS AMAZED THAT THE CARPET COULD EVEN BE CLEANED. BOB WORKED ON THE STAINS, AND REMOVED THEM. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE IN THE PAST TO CLEAN FURNITURE AS WELL AS CARPET, AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED.
Description of Work: CARPET CLEANED IN FAMILY ROOM. THE CARPET WAS HEAVILY STAINED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION IN OUR HOUSE, AND HEAVIER THAN USUAL TRAFFIC.
