I would strongly recommend this company. I thought they were wonderful. They did what they said they were going to do. I was very happy with their craftsmanship.

A friend that had a bathroom remodel referred them to me. They were absolutely very professional and did a good job. They were on time and they did what they charged for. The work was excellent.

We started looking at remodeling companies in early August. We called AAA based on good ratings on Angie's List and BBB. We also liked that it was family owned and had been in business since 1964. Our call was returned the next day. Some other companies called took much longer to respond or didn't call back at all. We met with Lennie, a company vice president. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what we had in mind and was also helpful with suggestions. We also looked through a large book of other remodeling jobs done by AAA. He returned a couple of days later with a detailed bid which he explained line by line. We felt comfortable from the beginning and decided to sign with AAA.The job was started the first week of October once all materials were received so the work wouldn't be held up waiting for some delivery. The work was done primarily by 2 of AAA's employees, plus an outside plumber and 2 outside painters/plasterers. The job started with the replacement of the stack by the plumber. The work was not finished in the time frame expected so we were given a discount on that by AAA. The painters were perfectionists and did beautiful work. AAA's employees, Rich and Jeff, were personable, very professional, highly skilled and sticklers for details. It was enjoyable to have them work in our home. They always covered the floors and carpets wherever they worked or walked through. All trash and debris was hauled away quickly, and everything cleaned up at the end of the day.We also appreciated that they were friendly to, not just tolererant of, our dogs and always kept the yard gates closed. Although both bathrooms were being worked on there was at all times at least one functioning sink, toilet , and shower. They always tried to minimize our inconvenience. AAA really takes pride in their work. As their website says - they will make every effort to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with quality work done right the first time. We felt that this was true, not just advertising. Any problems - few by the way - were promptly taken care of. There is also a one year warranty on all labor and materials. The bathrooms are just beautiful. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

VERY well: my plan was ( and is) to sell my 100+ year-old Dogtown house...but only after I brought it close to its full structurally historic integrity... and the 21st century. No small task. I had met with several contractors and the one thing that was clear to me was was their willingness to take my money (bunches of it) and my general ideas, but also their unwillingness to allow me much involvement in the process ... kind of a "all you have to do , little lady, is come to our showroom and make a few choices, and we'll take it from there." Well, I had many ideas of how I wanted things done, and some skills to go with that, and I wanted more involvement in the process than any of these contractors seemed willing to allow. Mark Wiese, Sr. of AAA Remodelling was an exception to this pattern: he listened to my ideas - although sometimes his reponse was something like,"you don't want to do that - it will cost you too much, how about doing it this way...". To save on my expenses, he was OK with my doing some of the work myself, like installing both kitchen and bath base cabinets ( his team installed the wall cabinets) and digging a 50' trench for electric from house to garage ( still not sure if I'm grateful to him for that one!). Mark was willing to explore the possibility of moving a door in the kitchen that opened to the basement stairs around a corner to the hallway (to allow more wall space in the small kitchen): I had been told by others that it just couldn't be done. After consulting with an engineer, Mark came up with a plan that would work and satisfy code, and that plan was executed beautifully by AAA carpenters, as was a nearly total remake of the garage - rebuilding it from the inside out. When a job was out of the scope of AAA, Mark brought in companies that did excellent work in a timely fashion, and if there was something NOT right about the work they did, he made sure they came back to make it right. When I began this gargantuan project, I considered being my own contractor to save $. What a HUGE mistake that would have been! For one thing, I hadn't a clue what things cost, and I have zero skills as a negotiator, let alone as an enforcer. a GOOD contractor has these skills and the clout to go with them and will save you money and grief in the longrun.

They were in conjunction with a roofing company and I ended up just going with another company because I just wanted to deal with 1 company. It was a free estimate. They were excellent, very professional and very quick. It was quite a project.

Their workers were on time and very neat. They cleaned up their area when they were finished. I have nothing bad to say about them they were wonderful. They paid attention to detail and did not mess anything up. I was extremely pleased and I highly recommend them.

They were extremely professional, extremely reputable and I couldn’t be happier. We spent about $6000 the first time and then $10000 for another project we are doing. The room is beautiful. Their price was extremely fair and the quality of their work was excellent. Their responsiveness was very good. Their punctuality and professionalism were both wonderful. I would definitely use their services again in a heartbeat. In fact, they were here about two weeks ago to discuss some additional projects that we are going to have them do.

We had AAA replace a garden window in our kitchen as well as a sliding door to the deck when we first moved into our home 4 years ago. The quality of the window and door was excellent (and very few window manufacturers have garden window). We decided to replace the rest of the windows on the same side of the house. Glen Weise was very helpful picking out the size and framing of the replacement windows. I had also gotten estimates from Pella and Anderson reps but wasn't impressed with their customer service. I was one of many. Glen gave personalized attention and we were very pleased with the results.

They do very good work. I had used them for a previous masterbath in a former home and went back to them for this work. They are not the cheapest but still reasonable overall from other estimates we have had, and they have been very timely and dependable in addition to doing good work, which we value.

Glen Wiese was hired after his visitation and estimate. He used two men (and an electrician, for a short time). There are approximately 15 employees total, according to Glen. The experience we had was overall good and we definitely will use them again. These people seem to care and are professionals. They were recommended by a previous contractor we had used and liked who is retired.

I haven't yet used their services, but it's pretty likely that I will end up going with them. I chose them after looking at the work that they had done for my neighbor and I was impressed with that. I dealt with a person by name Mark Weise. I just spoke to them and got some good advise for the work that I wanted to be done.

They are doing a great job.

They were very good. It turned out really well. They did a good job. There product is very wind secure. They had engineers recommend that additional columns should be paced, because of the high wind. Everything is performing really well.

They arrived on time and they did an extremely great job. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were very courteous and the job was done in a short amount of time.

He comes out and he said he would send a bid, and if you accept they come out to show you samples. He said he would get back to me on the May 22nd or 23rd and he did not. I personally called the company. He said he was behind schedule and that he would get back to me. Finally, the owner, Mark, called to apologize for not responding to me. He also sent a letter and the estimate that I had requested. Mark, the owner, did come out and took pictures and addressed the problems that I had through another company.

OWNER WORKED WITH ME SO I COULD GET THE BEST FOR MY BUDGET. FINANCING WAS PROVIDED. RICH AND DALE WERE THE MAIN CREW, WERE WONDERFUL. SAW ERRORS I HAD MADE IN SOME DECISIONS, THAT SAVED ME FROM REDOING LATER. (EXP. I DID NOT ORDER A BACK SPLASH TO WHIRLPOOL THINKING I WOULD DECIDE ON MARBLE/TILE LATER) RICH INFORMED ME THAT THE WALLS COULD BE DAMAGED WITHOUT IT AND I HAD IT ADDED. THE OWNER GAVE ME A DISCOUNT AND THE SALESMEN DID NOT TAKE COMMISSION ON ANY ADDITIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. JOE WAS THE PERSON I CALLED WITH PROBLEMS AND WHEN ONE OCCURRED HE WAS AT THE HOUSE WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. I FELT VERY SAFE WITH THE CREW RICH AND DALE. THEY BEFRIENDED MY DOG SO I COULD LEAVE THEM THERE AND GO TO WORK. THE NEW BATHROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND OF GOOD QUALITY. THE CREW WAS VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME AND KEPT IT CLEAN. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS CO. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PROJECTS. WHEN MY ELECTRICAL BOX WAS FOUND TO BE A FIRE HAZARD, IT WAS REPLACED.
