Description of Work: Used them to moved a piano. The showed up at the first house right on time. Move to the new house was quick and painless. They verified my wife liked the location before placing it. Very professional and would do business with again.

Description of Work: They were prompt, efficient and professional. I had them move a grand piano. They wasted no time, (which is important to me as I have to take time away from work during the day for these things) and they took great care with the piano and my hardwood floors. I'd strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: Piano was moved from Fenton to Clayton. They had a little trouble getting it out of the source location due to wet grass but got it in up a few stairs with no trouble. The piano was quite dusty from a long stay at the source, but no damage was evident in shipping. The service came with a free initial tuning, scheduled for 4/15.

Description of Work: A Piano's Friend moved my piano from south St. Louis city to Mascoutah, IL. Getting the piano out of my apartment was something of a challenge, but the 2 movers did a great job. They called to let me know they were close to my apartment so I knew when to expect them, then called my niece shortly before their arrival at her house to deliver the piano. I was also very pleased with the response time to my initial request. I emailed late on a Saturday afternoon and I got an email response within a few hours, which I had not expected due to the timing of my email. They were able to move my piano that Monday. I am very pleased with their service.
