We recently found out that our tankless heater was installed improperly. When we called to ask about it he tried to turn it around on us and argued that the manufacturers requirements were not his even though when you look online there are multiple sources that say you must follow certain guidelines. He was not polite and his customer service was not what I would have expected from someone in business for so long. I will say we should have called when our issue first happened, but despite waiting, it was still improperly installed and he didn’t want to take any responsibility for the error. The air intake and the exhaust vent should be at least 12 inches apart with a 12 inch downspout. Ours, not so much which means we are sucking the exhaust right back in. Thus the issue we ended up having.

I won't recommend calling D's service to anyone needing something fixed ASAP. Unfortunately, because he wasted time getting back to us, all other plumbers were busy and couldn't fix our problem. So we had to stick with waiting on D's to order the part, on Monday, then maybe getting to it by Wednesday. With having children in the house, this was a HUGE inconvenience!

I needed my toilet worked on and this man knew exactly how to fix it. He was very prompt and neat. To my knowledge, there are no licensed plumbers in Glasgow.

I could get him to come out at the time. Other plumbers were busy. As far as I can tell you, he did a fine job with it. I have not had any plumbing issues since then.
