Very responsive quick service very kind

I called several refrigeration type repair companies and they were the only ones that stepped up to the plate. Many companies don't want to work on wine coolers and mine is a Transtherm brand that holds 250 bottles. Fortunately, they have decades of experience and asked insightful questions to determine if they could help. After gathering more information from the French manufacturer, they were able to install a new thermostat. It's working perfectly now.

One of the nicest human beings I have ever met. Clear on what needed to be done, and went out of his way to get the job done quickly.

Brad and his son arrived on time, which is very important to me. Brad knew how the mini=split unit operates and got right into checking if there was any major issues other than cooling. Turned out to be an easy fix, 1/2 lb. of coolant, cleaning the coils and fixing a tiny leak. Brad also fixed my front gate which needed fixed for years but never got around to it. I only use it to get the lawn mower in the yard. All in all I am very happy with how well things were done and explained clearly before doing them. I would recommend R&L Envirocare for AC and Heating which I will be contacting them for in the coming months.

Rick was great to work with. He gave us a much better bid than two other repair services I checked. Also, when there was a problem later with one of the units not cooling properly, he came out twice to identify the problem and fix it. When he identified the issue as being related to part of his initial repair, he insisted that there would be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to us! We really appreciate him and would highly recommend R & L Envirocare! :-)
