We have been in the building and remodeling business for over 50 years, and over 40 years in the Springfield, Mo area. The normal payment schedule is 50% down after materials are purchased, 25% payment when the job is 1/2 completed, and the balance when the job is finished.

Description of Work: Built a large deck and a roof over two doors two sets of stairs.put in a new dishwasher new sink and faucet and garbage disposal.put in new counter and cabinet in bathroom.

Description of Work: Provided assessment of needed appliance repairs and a repaired a ceiling leak caused by a water leak from dishwasher in our own home! Assessed the needed repairs (window glazing, etc) for a nice older small home we're getting ready to list for Sale for a Real Estate Client!!

I would recommend him to anybody. He came in about $2,000 below budget.
Description of Work: Jennings Construction built me a building in my back yard when I moved in to town. He has also moved my washer and dryer and done some other plumbing work for me. He does about anything you want him to do.
