They were so fantastic to work with. We had somebody come out, talk to us, and share ideas with us. Then, they came out and measured things multiple times. They are always ready to give us a quote even if they are not sure if we are going to order something. They have just been amazing and their cabinets are beautiful. We did have one thing with our first set of cabinets where they had mismeasured, but they came in and realized what was wrong. They took it out, rebuilt it, fixed everything, and brought it back to us. They were wonderful. Our recent small project was just right around $2,000. The larger project that we did was significantly more; it was around $10,000. Their price was better than a lot of the other local competitors. We had a couple of people come out and they were the best.

The salesman/designer was very knowledgeable and responsive in regards to assisting with the design and bid process. They also allowed provided us with multiple options and suggestions for improving our initial design and containing the cost. The work was completed as scheduled and the craftsmen were polite and very talented. The cost was initially higher than we anticipated, however, after obtaining several comparison bids we chose Millers due to the quality of their cabinets and are very happy that we did. We are very pleased with the finished project.

Don't go to the showroom. We visited the showroom and were brought back to a salesman's office. We sat in his office for 20 minutes while he talked on the phone and never acknowledge us even though we were sitting 5 feet away. He got up and sent someone else back to tell us that they were too busy and it would be months before they could help us and then escorted us to the door. They only want to deal with contractors. Do go to Richmond Cabinets, in Richmond MO.

Called to get cabinets made for 3 vanities and possibility of a kitchen for the next year. 6 days before call was returned. Using someone else.

He built all of the cabinets in our house. So, we had him do a bar for us. They were wonderful.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We took a design to them on our first visit. The designer was excellent to work with resulting in a final design that provided all the functionalities and a very nice looking kitchen, We chose to finish the cabinets ourselves allowing us to make upgrades. Really liked being able to use one designer for the cabinets, countertops and hardware who was employed by the company doing the work. Quality of the cabinets is excellent. Installation was excellent. All employees were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and did excellent work. Everything was completed earlier than originally scheduled. Communication was excellent. One minor problem with a shelf was corrected quickly. I consider having only one minor problem as excellent performance when no other issues or dissatisfactions were encountered. Price was lower than kitchens designed and offered by the two big box home improvement stores. This company knows how to produce a quality product and satisfy the customer.

We were having two bathrooms remodeled. We wanted all new vanities and storage cabinets. Miller's custom cabinets came highly recommended, and we see why! They were done when they said they would be, and the amount came in right at their estimate. Their estimates included detailed drawings of what the cabinets would look like once finished. They have a nice showroom up in Excelsior Springs. We went there to select the type of wood we wanted, hinges, knobs, cabinet fronts, types of joints, etc. We chose to go with the "premium" or upgraded cabinets that include dove-tail joints and solid wood shelving. We also ended up going through them to choose granite vanity tops. They also let us reserve the piece of granite we wanted for the vanity tops. We went to the warehouse where the slabs of different granite and such are kept, and they pulled out slabs for us to look at that hadn't already been reserved. This way we saw the exact piece of granite that would be used to make our vanity tops, and chose which area of the slab we wanted it from. The cabinets and vanities are absolutely beautiful, and sturdy! The stain is wonderful, just what we were hoping for when we chose it from their showroom. The cabinets are roomy, have nice "anti-pinch" dampened closing mechanisms, and are finished so smoothly they feel like satin! The work is high quality. The price was actually less than a competitor's prices from Overland Park. When it comes time to remodel our kitchen, I want these guys to do the cabinets for sure!

They are excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever and we recommend them. What they did was good and sturdy. They looked good and quality was great. They had done exactly like how we’d ordered them. They were punctual and very friendly. My daughter and they built a house. They used a different company and the doors were breaking down. It wasn’t the same company as ours. They were great. We would absolutely use their services again in the future.

We were very impressed with their responsiveness. Emailed asking for a quote and had a response within a day. Talked to them on phone and had an estimate within 48 hours.

Excellent experience. Price was great for the amazing quality. Cabinets were completed in short order and delivered when promised. Beautiful work.
