+ -1 moreHe could not fix the problem, so we received a new refrig by the lemon law. However one of his repair attempts the part he replaced sprung a leak which caused damage to our basement ceiling. He refused to claim resonsibility or file an insurance claim and would not give the name of his insurance. Buyer beware

+ -1 moreHad already had two other repairmen from another company come and neither could find why my washer was leaking. I connected with this company through the LG website looking for a certified LG technician. Brian was sent from Dr Oz Appliance Repair. With much determination he located a hole in the washer tub that the first two servicemen did not take the time to try and locate. Very impressed with his professionalism and ability to locate leak. LG does charge an excessive amount for this service and not sure how much the actual serviceman gets of the total amount but it was worth it actual find the problem.
