Kerry has been in business 27 years (his information), and he knew exactly what to do to repair my gas log fireplace. He was courteous, professional, on-time, and did not make a mess in my front room. I feel he repaired my fireplace with quality supplies, and we had a discussion before he began, and what the possible charge would be. I felt he was honest with me at all times, and was practical in the repairs that were needed. I was satisfied with the cost, and I would hire him back in a minute if I needed him.
