Was disappointed the tech only repaired the flute and did not check if the gas fireplace was safe to use or how to turn it on.

Scheduling took some phone tag but besides that they did great. Had them clean our wood stove flue pipe. They were dead honest about it, said that despite burning 24/7 all last winter it was pretty clean overall and that we really shouldn't need another cleaning for a 3 or 4 more years. Even told us how to check for ourselves to get an idea when it's time to clean. Will hire again when the need arises.

Because the technician did the job quickly, the owner told me he was going to return to make certain the job was done correctly and to their company standards. You canâ t find service like that anymore! I was extremely grateful to their team to double check things and make sure our chimney was clean and safe. ð ¯ recommend them. The person coming to my house talked a lot before getting going on the job. I would prefer just the facts, agree to them, and then get to the job. He was also an hour late and did not communicate the updated time he would arrive
