Everything went very well. Jeff and his crew were able to get my house done in 5 working days. The stamped patio came out better than expected. The deck is structurally sound, smooth and solid. The stone retaining walls look much better than the wood board there prior and the sitting wall accentuates the entire patio. The crew were there everyday at the he same time. They were respectful of the neighbors, yard and noise. There was minimal "damage" to the lawn with the use of large machines, I was afraid I would be left with dirt but they were very careful about their work. Their pricing was at the higher end of bids, although not the highest. But, you get what you pay for. And I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were incredibly professional from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent.

It looks great! They also worked with me to help me afford the work that the City required.

Second time I've used this company and have no hesitation using them again or recommending. Here is what I've read and experienced also: * They show up when they say they're going to show up. * They stay until the job is finished. No "come back later this week..." * A lot of rain this year so I knew I'd have to be flexible with the start date. Great communications on scheduling. * Very easy to discuss options and understand what work will be completed. A few years ago they did some concrete work for me along with adding stone planters to a side of the house. I decided to have the other side of the house completed this year & they didn't disappoint. The quality of work is fantastic & I couldn't be happier. They also bid out refinishing my deck but I didn't have that part done. The bid itself was very fair for what I was asking but I decided against spending the money on it this year.

His entire crew is professional and courteous. We had a lot of drainage issues with our old driveway, and Jeff took extra care to ensure the new driveway would slope properly. We couldn't be more pleased. A pleasure from bid to completion.

This company was amazing from start to finish. They gave us an estimate roughly $2000 less than the other companies that came to look at the work. We were scheduled about 2 1/2 months after we accepted the bid. They showed up right on time. They took the time to explain every step and to keep us posted on the progress. They took great care of our property and cleaned up afterward. The driveway looks gorgeous. If I ever need concrete work again, I will definitely call Shane.

They did an excellent job of both responding to my request for a bid and performing the lawn services and hanging the shelf. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they trimmed. I will definitely be utilizing their services again.

Jeff and his crew did and excellent job. The new walls look great and they fixed some drainage issues we had as well. Jeff takes pride in his work, is very good at it, and has reasonable prices. We strongly recommend him!

Shane who came out and did the bid was excellent to work with. Was always available with answers to my questions and overall very responsive. Jeff the owner who does the work was excellent and really knows what he is doing. Always kept us in the loop as to what was going on and also moved very fast once the work began. Also Jeff led the work everyday and really made sure everything was right which we really liked. They did everything for us in about a week. Everything looks fantastic and would definitely use them again. I have already referred two people over to him. Top notch company and people!

They did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They great to work with. The job turned out better than expected.

I spent about $12000. Even though he doesn't do just landscaping the guy has a degree in landscaping. They were very competitive on their prices for all the work we had done. We had probably 6 or 7 contractors come out and give us their ideas and this was the only one who actually listened to us and what we really wanted and they executed the work perfectly without me having to be here all the time. They were very clean and they paid very good attention to detail and got the job done very quick at a very high quality. They were excellent. Whatever you want them to do they will do it; inside and out.

Jeff arrived exactly on time and after our greetings I showed him the work to be done. He and one of his guys got right to it, first cutting down the tree in my front yard. After the tree was cut down, they used a small back hoe to dig the roots out. They were both very careful not to make a mess of things and were very respectful of our property. Jeff trimmed the other trees expertly, cleaned up all the branches and other debris. He gave me some tips on tree planting etc. and was then on their way. I was very impressed by both men, to say the least. They were very respectful, polite and professional. They both were appreciative of the work and were very nice to talk with. I am very picky about the way things are done around my home and Jeff and his crew went well above my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any work they do and will gladly use them again in the future.

They were very communicative from the get-go, quoted us a very reasonable price, showed up when they told us they would, and performed excellent work. Despite the wind and the cold, they worked throughout the day and were through by the end of the day. They also cleaned up after themselves. My porch now looks amazing and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Hope to use them again for future projects.

We joined Angie's List to find a reputable contractor for major repairs on our aged deck & two railroad tie retaining walls. A Handyman & A Greenthumb was our choice & we have no regrets in hiring them. Jeff was there not only directing but working hard along side his crew everyday from the beginning to the end of the project. They use high quality materials & their efficient work skills show professional knowledge of the trade. We suggest since weather plays an important part & they are in such high demand, contact them in advance for your project. A 70 day wait for 6 days of great work!! Thank you Jeff & crew.

We had a mixed experience with Handyman and a Green thumb. Of the multiple companies come out to bid on our backyard they were very competitive with their pricing and I liked the suggestions they had for our yard so we went with them. The original date they gave us for a start date was mid to late May. I understand that this was an estimate and that there is some leeway here but they didn't start on our yard until the end of July which was 2 months past the time they said and if they would have been updating us regularly with their progress I would have been more understanding but I had to call multiple times to see where they were with getting to us and each time they gave us a new start date it would pass without any word from them. Once they started they were very quick and got the entire yard done in a few days which was great and it looked very good. I was really happy with the outcome and was willing to forgive the lateness of the start but then we had a new issue. After they had finished the very next rain caused our basement to flood. This hadn't happened in our house for 5 years. It turns out that because of the landscaping our yard can't properly drain the rainwater and we will have to get additional landscaping and drainage work done now. Our basement has flooded with almost every rain since the landscaping. Drainage is something I think they should have taken into account when working on the yard. As I said before the Yard looks great and we are happy with the work and feel that the price was fair, but between the lack of communication and the additional cost we will have to put into fixing the drainage issues we wouldn't use them again.

The project came out exactly as I had imagined.The front patio is beautiful. I'm not a gardener and I'll be able to maintain this much better than what was there. Plus we have a beautiful patio to enjoy for many years to come. Shane came out promptly to give us an estimate and was very professional. We had other bids, but this company is the only one that took exact measurements of the area which impressed both of us. The bid came in considerably lower than the others and, while the official bid came in slightly higher than the unofficial estimate at the site visit, it was still well below anything else we had seen. The crew of 2 arrived promptly at 8:00 and had the project complete by 2:00 that afternoon! It was a HUGE improvement on our curb appeal. my husband made a very small change in the plan (about 1 sq foot addition) but the price stayed the same. They hauled away all of the debris and left us with a great-looking yard. Thank you!

The crew did a great job! They finished the job early, did a great job on the installation, and did a thorough cleanup. Getting the job scheduled was a little bit of a struggle because they are so busy. To me the fact that they have jobs lined up just says they are good at what they do and I wasn't in a big rush. I'm glad I waited the extra couple weeks, and I would do it all over again.

They did an excellent job. They did my whole backyard. We have a pool and he transformed the whole backyard. He knew what i wanted. We went out talked it through and he did great. He was amazing. He did a fire pit. Last thing that he came out to do was the bubbler and a couple of other services. He has also done some fencing in my yard, concrete, and pillars. My kids and my friends i gave them business cards because i absolutely love his service.

I like the fact that they were pretty easy to schedule, worked around our schedule, and did the things that we needed to be done.
