3:23 Heating and Cooling

Did a pretty good job with the major exception of missing that my main sewer stack had a crack in it from the basement ceiling 10 feet up into my kitchen. I didn't realize where the water was coming from either but it is the inspectors job to find this sort of thing and he failed to do so.

We were looking to purchase an older townhome (1978). Matt was VERY knowledgeable and found problems that we wouldn't have known about had he not been thorough.
