Great! The crew was friendly and efficient. Tom is great at communicating in a timely manner and easy to work with. I am so excited about my new landscaping! I really wasn't sure how to rate the price because honestly, I didn't get other bids. I relied on previous reviews and the expectations I had regarding price. It wasn't cheap, but I wanted it done right and I feel like it was.

OUTSTANDING JOB! Tom is a pro, his guys are great. We met with at least 5 other companies, but between Angie's List reviews and Tom's calm confidence, we chose Signature. Tom worked within our budget, communicated well, reviewed the plans several times and tweaked things as we went, as needed, and did everything according to the time frames we had discussed. Not sure why anyone would hire anyone else. A++++++

It was a couple days with him, it was pretty quick for Signature to get out there and look at it. Then about 3 or 4 days after that I got an actually paper estimate. I choose them just because of the deal, really. The 16 hour deal is a great deal.

It turned out really well. They did a great job. Responsiveness was pretty good. They were on time and they called ahead, which was nice. What stood out to me was the ability to be able to get in contact with the owner. He is also a designer as well, a landscape designer. He gave a lot of good ideas for some projects that we might do in the future.

It went very well. Tom did a great job designing a patio I never would have imagined in an otherwise useless area of our yard, helping to make more of our property functional. Tom did a great job putting up with all my questions and tweaks to the material and design, and in the end we essentially went with his original proposal, highlighting his judgement and experience with these types of projects. We have a few items to follow up with, but I will likely be using his services for future projects and landscape issues.

This was a big deal purchase. I never heard back from them. I think he was upset because I wanted an idea of what to do and he said it was like a blank canvas. I said I wanted some ideas of what to do so I know where to start and what I should do first so I don't have to pull something out and redo it or something. He asked if I would be doing the work myself and I don't know if I said most of it, or what, but I don't think he liked that so he never called me back or anything. He was interested in getting more business than just the design. All he did was come out here, but he did not do anything for me. I got no value for it; it was a waste of my time. I guess he was on time. It is not very professional not to complete your business but he did not act unprofessional when I talked to him.

his company did a great job cleaning up landscaping beds and created a very nice design which they then installed. Very nice owner and workers. Easy to deal with and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

I was given Tom's name when another provider failed to respond. He called me and set up a time to come out to see what needed to be done. We scheduled an agreeable time and they showed up as promised. My yard looks wonderful. Their service was well worth the money spent. I think they went above and beyond. His crew was even pleasant to my noisy, demanding neighbor. Tom followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the job. I would definitely use them again.

We ended up not being that satisfied with their services. What they quoted to us for the price was not the amount it ended up being. He gave us a bid for minor work we wanted done but not for the work that was a high priority for us. He did what he said mostly, but at the end of the day, we still have a structural thing that didn't get addressed. We were quite disappointed that our number one issue wasn't addressed. He was busy so it took awhile to get him out here. I would tell people to get everything in writing.

Tom had fantastic turnaround on coming out to give us an estimate and then scheduling service. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our job because of the grass-growing season coming to an end. The quote he sent was specific and itemized so that we could see what we were paying for. Tom's crew showed up the morning they were expected and worked efficiently and professionally. They took the time to remove old tree stumps and dead plants as well as some fence materials that were left behind by the previous owners. Tom oversaw the work at various points throughout the day, pitched in, and checked his workers' work. He also gave me helpful advice on how to give our grass the best conditions for germination and growth as we move into next spring and offered to come back and winterize our lawn later in the season.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. He listened to what I wanted accomplished and they really transformed the front of our house. The curb appeal, of the house, is so much nicer now -- it even looks much more inviting. I whole-heartedly recommend Tom and his company, Signature Landscapes & Design. I will definitely used their services again.

Great but half way through we had a down pour and he stayed and finished it was almost 7 when he left. The next day they planted my rose bushes and a hydrangea bush to replace a dead one.

I contracted for this service (16 hours of labor) in mid-May 2015. I did a quick walk-around with a company representative and provided a detailed list of tasks to be done, mostly weeding and cutting back of plants in beds around the house and yard and trimming some low-growing tree limbs that were projecting into our parking area. The service could not be scheduled until the second week of June due to the contractor's schedule. Once the crew finally came out, they did a very nice job, including cutting back some very overgrown and thorny rose bushes. Weeds were hand-pulled for the most part, and bed borders were nicely edged. In general, there was a lot of satisfying attention to detail from the crew. The labor was slightly over the contracted 16 hours; I'm waiting to see the final tally. The only other point I would add is that I asked a couple of times about spraying our brick walks with herbicide and purchasing and spreading new mulch for some of the beds, but this was not done on the day of the service. I brought it up again when I saw that it wasn't getting done, and they will be back out in the coming week.

We were very pleased all around. Tom was personable, easy going, and seemed to understand our needs. Our yard is very large and Tom understood our desire to do projects in stages. We liked the drawing/plan he provided and a detailed breakdown of the cost. When we are ready to move forward, we'll definitely hire Tom.

From the start, Tom was very responsive and communicated very well. He had great ideas for our yard but also listened to our ideas as well. After coming up with a plan and a price estimate, we signed the contract and started finalizing the details. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure that the products we were choosing were what we wanted and even came back to the house multiple times to review details before ordering the stone. One of the best things that Tom did was to show us how some different options would change the costs, because it let us choose which "extras" we wanted to pay extra for. Once the materials arrived (the stone had to be custom ordered), the work was scheduled and started on time. Tom and his crew were prompt and worked hard to get the job done once it was started. There were a couple of very minor weather delays, but those were completely understandable given the rains we have had this spring, and Tom stayed in close communication the entire time. We will certainly use Signature Landscape Design again if we add more landscaping/hardscaping to the back yard in the future, and I will be recommending them to our friends and family as well.

Please see above. I did not get a landscape plan. I believe Tom was used to working with larger yards.

I truly would not feel comfortable using another company. I have full trust in Tom and his crew. They truly feel like part of the family. I hated to leave my old house because my of my backyard. If I could have moved it with me I would have. In our current home he is making our home just as wonderful. Tom has wonderful ideas and I can TRUST him and his crew. They work hard and give you what you pay for.

Signature Landscaping did an excellent job of planning and executing the planting in our front yard. We were pleased with the design and with the outcome as well as the quality of materials and timeliness. Tom Schrieber was responsive and checked on the work regularly. We would recommend this landscaping company.

Tom has been great to work with. He was very responsive when we first contacted him and was able to setup a meeting time flexible with our schedule. We love the design he put together and he's very open to adjustments and scaling back or segmenting the project to fit within our budget!

Tom was great! I needed to get my lawn and beds cleaned up to get ready to sell the house quickly. He showed up when he said he would be there and even called on his way over. He did the work very quickly and cleaned up the mulch stains on the street. The lawn and beds looked great.
