RRSA is a national roofing and restoration company that under the guidance of managing partner Eric Wylie has established a permanent presence in the St. Louis area. RRSA specializes in working with insurance companies and homeowners to simplify the insurance paperwork and approval process including meeting with adjusters, and helping make sure the full scope of work is paid for. As a national company, RRSA is backed by national supply warehouses, and its national sales volume allows the company to obtain better pricing for customers. Also setting RRSA apart is attention to quality workmanship. We makes our sales representatives and installers receive continuing education from suppliers and manufactures. References on all types of roofing systems are readily available, and no obligation inspections and estimates are offered free of charge

They did the job. We weren't thrilled with them. They did a good job. We needed to follow up to make sure they did what was promised. It took them 2 days to complete the job. For the follow-up to get them to do the things we wanted them to do, it took them 3 weeks. They left the area pretty clean.

Eric was responsive. His crew showed up on time, were professional and made sure I was completely satisfied with their information and suggestions. They even replaced a pipe hood, which was incorrectly installed using a 4" pipe hood and should have been a 3" pipe hood. At no charge to me.
Description of Work: Called RRSA to look at my leaking new roof, which was installed in the fall by another contractor. The original contractor has been out 4 times to fix a leak with no success. Asked RRSA to inspect roof for other deficiencies and advise on how best for them to handle.
