I had been using the service for about 2 years and the service has been spotty. I've called or emailed several times to note the lack of attention to detail paid by the service provider. For example, there would be a spot on the floor, or an area of spider webs that would be there for several weeks (service was performed bi-weekly). The clincher was the last service on 6/17/16 when I was moving and arranged for (a more expensive) move out cleaning. They called me to say they wouldn't arrive until 4pm. The house was a 2,000+ sq ft home which I knew would not be cleaned in an hour - especially since I was also paying extra to have the refrigerator cleaned. Sadly, I was not disappointed. The cleaning was just as quick (and shoddy) as had been done during the normal service. I kept the service for as long as I did because they were about the third company I used. There were times when the service was good also. Overall, however, you need to stay on top of the people performing the service and be sure to call the office to let them know of your concerns. That may not always lead to a better result, but it lets them know about the quality of the service.

The woman who came for estimate was very professional, called to confirm appt, arrived promptly and provided the estimate quickly. It ended up at around 300 bucks for initial 3 hour cleaning and 120 each bi-weekly after that (3bedrooms, 1 bath plus kitchen and two living rooms) They knocked off about 150 from initial if I get a years worth of cleanings. It's little pricey maybe compared to someone independent but I was willing to pay for the security and peace of mind of a company. The initial cleaning was well done. Two ladies arrived, calling first. Services were performed as expected. They even cleaned around my clutter better than I anticipated. I am proceeding with biweekly cleans and will update with any changes.
