 + -1 moreAS FAR AS PROMPTNESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WERE LOUSY. HE FINALLY CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE THAT TOOK THREE WEEKS, I SIGNED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. IF HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB, BE HONEST AND TELL ME. HE DEVALUED US BY STRINGING US ALONG DUE TO OUR SMALL JOB, WE STILL HAVE A HOLE IN OUR ROOF, THAT WE HAVE HAD SINCE AUGUST. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT!
