Our home had wind and hail damage in April. We immediately contacted Eureka contracting. Sales member came to our home, gave us confidence, then radio silence. This happened two more times. Then was told they’re not interested in the work because it wasn’t a full roof replacement. Mind you that was 2 months into various commitments and reassurances. Do NOT recommend, very poor moral compass. Hoping this helps others who consider in the future.

The work was quality and done in a timely manner. Processing an invoice to the insurance company was very, very slow. I made a final payment on 5/1/2018, Safeco didn't receive the invoice for work completed until 7/30/2018 and were then able to issue a check to me. Again, the workmanship was great but the billing left a lot to be desired.

I had an issue with a exhaust fan in the bathroom that started to leak after our recent snow melt. A few days later I noticed a stain on the bathroom ceiling near the fan. That same day I contacted Rick to come out and take a look at my roof to see if I may have a problem with my roof. He was able to come out that same afternoon. Rick did a thorough inspection of the roof and found no issues on why the fan would be leaking. While on the roof he also made some minor caulking repairs that he felt may need attention. After the roof inspection Rick then took the time to take a look in the attic to inspect that area as well. After this inspection he still found no issue and it looks like it may be some type of condensation issue and we will be taking a wait and see approach. Even though the roof was not the issue Rick took the time to perform a thorough inspection on the house inside and out. After the minor caulking repairs he performed he would not accept payment for that service. I really appreciated Rick's knowledge, dedication, and assistance in trying to determine the issue. If you do need a roof inspection I would definitely get in contact with Rick to get his opinion.

We had to call multiple times to get an estimate. We received an estimate and was advised if needed, someone could meet the claims specialist to do a walk through and point out problem areas provided we decide to go with Eureka for the work needed. We called spoke with the president advising we have decided to go with Eureka Contracting for our roof replacement and asked if anyone would be available to meet at our home for the walk though with the claims specialist We were advised yes and provided the date and time. No one showed and no follow through again. Very disappointed. Back to shopping for a new roofing company!

I was referred to Eureka Contracting and I sure am happy I called. They came out to meet my adjuster, when they said they would, returned phone calls and other correspondence promptly and courteously. They kept their appts. My roof was torn off and replaced in under a day and you couldn't even tell they'd been there (well, except for a new roof); they cleaned up everything and did a wonderful job. I would refer them to friends and family, no doubt about it, and I have! They do more than just roofs, so contact them.

Eureka Contracting took care of everything from working with our insurance company, along with provided quality workmanship in the time frame we had requested. Superb customer service, and an overall great company to work with!

Very good except for the flashing which had to be replaced because of poor workmanship; but it is now fixed and look good.

Eureka was very easy to work with and handled all details. Workmen arrived when they said they would and cleaned up appropriately.
