 + -1 moreGreat communication and work from start to finish. Dave promptly returned my call, met me at the property and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was able to start the next week and finished on time. The floors look amazing!
Description of Work: I've hired Dave on several occasions. He's ALWAYS done great work. Twice he's 'screened and poly-coated' floors and most recently he sanded, stained and poly-coated floors. He's always been on time and responsive and the work is top notch.

 + -1 moreDave Buchanan was sub contracted by my contractor to finish newly installed floors and strip/sand refinish two adjacent floors in our dining room and kitchen. While getting floors refinished can never be described as fun, I can say it was much less of a hassle than I had expected. They came out on time and were pretty flexible as needed. The process takes a few days as they need to Sand, Stain and then apply several coats of poly on top. Dave uses only quality materials and his team is pretty meticulous about putting up plastic, cleaning up to avoid the inevitable dust from getting out of control. Would recommend.
Description of Work: Stained new hardwood floor, sanded and refinished adjacent floors to match. Aprox 400 square feet.

Description of Work: They pulled out our master bedroom, closet, office, and hallway carpeting upstairs, and replaced with engineered hardwood flooring. they were punctual, took care of all the carpet and trash, and did a great job! This is the second time I have used their services, and I will use them again. Then refinished my kitchen and front hallway before. Those floors are the kind of hardwood that has to be sanded and stained, and polyurethaned, and they did a great job with this kind of flooring.They are extremely easy to work with, moved the furniture, back and forth to put the floors in and did a great finishing job!
