I used CGX Overhead Door LLC
Description of Work: Originally bought a Big Deal for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement. Turns out our door is a commercial door and would need different rollers. We wanted to add a new rubber strip to the bottom of the door. Since the rollers were in good shape he lubricated the track and replace the rubber in stead of the roller replacement. He also readjusted our opener to run more smoothly.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal online for a garage door inspection. CXG did not contact us for approximately a week and a half to two weeks. Finally we contacted them and left a message. My phone call was returned a week later. Unfortunately I missed the call and CXG left a message. I gave their contact information to my wife as she would be the one at home to meet with the contractor. She returned their call within a few days and left a message again. That was at the beginning of August and still, neither one of us has heard from the company. We do not wish to carry on leaving messages. We are a bit surprised and disappointed they still have not called us back and that they never called in the first place especially considering we paid in advance.
