Description of Work: The spring broke and rendered the door inoperable. They came out the same day and replaced it. Everything was very satisfactory and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: We have usedCGX Overhead door on several occasions and every single time we were more than pleased. They are an extremely professional, polite talented crew who always deliver on service and price. Most recently we broke our garage door over the weekend with cars locked inside. Corey from CGX came out on a sunday, as promised and fixed the door so quickly and accurately without adding on an outragious emergency surcharge. I would recommond CGX and Corey whole-heartedly to anyone looking for service or repair for their garage doors.

Description of Work: A special "deal" offered by CGX to maintain and lubricate my two-door garage door. Corey was prompt, professional, and did a fine job adjusting the springs and opener. At my request, he also suggested some good replacement door models since mine is pretty worn out and going on 40 years old. I'm impressed with the company's approach and quality.

Description of Work: Ordered service on 9-21-2014. I emailed CGX Overhead Door to call me with their first available appointment of the day. Since I work, (like most people do) I thought the first appointment would be between 7:30 or 8:00 am. I was willing to wait 2 or 3 weeks for the 8:00 am timeslot. I waited for them to call me. No call, so I called CGX Overhead Door, LLC on 9-26-2014. (This is no big deal, I should have called them.) They told me they could be at my house between 8:00 and 10:00 am. At first they could not guarantee 8:00 am incase emergencies came up. Corey explained to me a couple times about possible emergencies occurring between 8:00 and 10:00 am. I understood that and told Corey I could not take the chance of waiting until 10:00 am. Then Corey said he could guarantee that someone be at my house at 8:00 am. The whole reason for my cancellation is Corey's RUDENESS. He was almost shouting. Therefore I would like a refund of the $79.00.

Description of Work: One of the cables on my garage door broke. Corey came out when he said he would, actually earlier and replaced both cables. Super job!
