When we try to schedule a job more than once and are unsuccessful, we will stop trying and let you give us a call when you are ready to have the work done. I see that you called but you didn't ask to schedule the work you only wanted a refund. If you want work done I would be happy to put you on the schedule but it must be in regular business hours like it says in the deal you purchased. It is hard to schedule a job for you if you tell us it has to be after we're closed.

Description of Work: They installed a garage key pad. He tried several different models trying to get both doors to work with the same pad. Not successful, could only do one door, but he made a lot of effort that was totally unexpected. Very prompt and polite. I have already recommended him to a client of mine.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a garage door tune-up thinking that was all I needed, but turns out my opener was totally shot. The service tech answered all my questions and installed a new opener and key pad on the spot and I got credit for the unused portion of the deal I purchased. Overall, a great experience.

Description of Work: The actual cost was a 99.00 deal for a garage keypad and overall inspection of the garage door and moving parts. We really wanted the inspection so we figured it was a good time for the keypad, also. He arrived on time, started the inspection and install, and found an issue ( which we expected ), I think it was with the gears and chain, can't quite remember. He said it would be another 120.00 but it was well worth it. Out door has not been this quiet and smooth operating in a very long time. I would use them again.
