Description of Work: Replaced metal roller with a plastic roller. Not long after on days with temperature 55 degrees or less door won't shut using car garage door opener. I left a message explaining this situation. He never returned my call.

Response from CGX Overhead Door LLC
We don't even carry plastic rollers so it would be impossible for us to replace one of your rollers with a plastic one. Our rollers are nylon which are superior to metal rollers and our rollers are described in the description of the deal you purchased. I also don't have any record of a message from you so I don't no if something happened and it got lost or we never received it. Something like this can be easily avoided if you just give us a call and let us know what the situation is. How are we supposed to fix something we don't know about?

Description of Work: the ad said they would inspect, adjust, lube, and replace wheels on door. |1. to a trained eye, the inspection probably took 3 minutes; |2. he tighten a few screws- how long could that take? |3. when i lube (which i have done many times, it takes me about 2 minutes; |4. did not replace any of the wheels. said door was too old, he did not have those kind. |it was deceiving and a rip-off! i would like my money back. |
