Very pleased. The technician came out installed the keypad and oiled the moving parts on my garage door. He checked to make sure everything was working ok. My garage door operates much smoother now, and is not quite as noisy opening and closing. I will definitely use them again for any garage door issues. I purchased the special on Monday and it was done by Friday. Thanks!

Arrived within 30 minutes of promised time. Got right to work. Worked around the stuff that was a bit in his way. No noise. Explained my options with regard to temporary and, eventually, permanent replacement of broken spring. Did the temporary work without pressure to get me to do the permanent work I couldn't afford at the time. Worked efficiently and left no messes that weren't already there.
