CGX repair person knew exactly what was wrong and with a few BIG turns of the knob on the logic board got it working within a minute! He also lubed and balanced our door. Punctual and polite, I would use this company again!

Rollers did not need replacing, but Curtis repaired identified and repaired problems with garage door not opening & closing correctly.

It was okay. I wasn't real impressed, but it was okay.

The company responded within a day to my request, and the same day they responded, they send out a technician. He called me to verify what I wanted done. He left an invoice at my house, and I mailed them the payment. It all went smooth--no problems.

They came out and tuned up the door but couldn't find anything wrong. Minutes after they left it failed again. They came back out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty part that rarely fails. They took care of calling the manufacturer who shipped a replacement part under warranty. I installed the part myself and haven't had any problems. Thanks for the great service!!

The service was fine, they did fine work. The guy was here for literally 5 minutes. I thought it was going to be a much bigger problem, and he just put some oil on it and said, “you’re good”. He’s right, I haven’t had any problems since. I wish I would have known, I could have saved myself $50.

Corey submitted the low bid, and did an excellent job. He was very professional, returned calls promptly, and appeared on the scheduled day. He proved to be a craftsman at carpentry and installing aluminum trim that matched the trim that had to be replaced. He also responded quickly after the install to deal with a minor problem that was solved by applying some caulk. There were no hidden or added charges, and he was cheerful throughout the process from bid to completion.
