Garage door was impacted by a power outage during a storm. Called Corey at 11:30am and he arrived by 1:30pm. Professional and fast service. Would use again if needed.

Completely checked the my garage door opener, that it worked properly and lubricated it. He asked about the outdoor keypad, which I haven't been able to get to work in the 5 years I've lived here, reprogrammed it and got it work for me. I am so happy to have it worked, I spent some frustrating hours trying to get it to work. When I told him that rain came in under the door and pooled in the garage he changed the setting for how far down the door would close. Rained the next day and no rain water in the garage. Was very professional and helpful. Very pleased with the services and would definitely call again if I have problems with my garage door.

He performed a service call due to broken spring. It was more cost effective to have a new door installed than a customized spring made. He performed the work within 3 days and never charged for the service call. I had weatherstripping installed and he als installed some trim on both sides replacing that which had been dented up. The job was performed to great expectations.

They came on time as we scheduled. They really did a good service. The guy was really nice and he worked very well. The garage door was working, but after he left, the problem occurred again. We are going to contact them to see how they can resolve the problem.

Everything went very well. They offered the best deal for what we were looking for and after reading the reviews that were left we decided to go with CGX. We were very happy from the first time we contacted him to the time he fit us in three days later to install our new door and opener.

February 15, 2013 I hit the button to open my garage and stepped toward my car when I heard a snap and what sounded like a whip over my head. The door had stopped dead half way up and heard the motor groaning and straining. Looking up I saw the chain had recoiled and knotted against the motor housing. The whipping sound the aircraft cable attached to the chain of the operator lashed above my head. Spooky. I was unable to release the door to operate it manually and get on my way, so I immediately consulted Angie's list for help. The first company I called told me it would be sometime next week before they could get someone out to take a look. I then called CGX and Corey, the owner, said he'd be by shortly to at least make it so I could open/close the door. He arrived when he said he would, released the door which gave him the opportunity to bid on replacement of the operator. I chose to replace the motor AND the door upgrading to a well insulated model. Corey suggested I have him put in an outside keyless pad, a smart idea if you work in your yard and don't want to leave the door open to passing "shoppers." Corey arrived on time the following Monday morning and installed the new door and system. Ultra quiet compared to the old one! There were a couple of adjustments that had to be made to the electric eyes a couple of days later and Corey was quick to take care of them. He is courteous, responsive, honest and focused on pleasing his customers.

The service man arrived on time, and repaired the problem quickly. In addition, he gave us a quote on a new opener, which we purchased, but did not pay for until it was installed and working, like new. I would definitely use this company again.

Couldnt ask for better. Fixed it fast had part on truck easy to work out time with. Also noticed litle things he did like lubed everything and tightend chain on opener. Very happy.

Mr. Glackin showed as schdueled. Went right to work. Said my garage door was in good condition and was weatherstriped on the top and sides. However, the previous owner had removed the bottom weatherstriping and everytime it rained my garage flooded. I was unable to find the size I needed anywhere. Mr. Glackin had one and attached it to fit my door. So for no problems. I am really waiting on a large rain storm to make sure it blocks out the water. He even left his card attached below my door opener if and when I had any problems. If any other problems with my garage door, I will contact him again. Very satisfied.

CGX Overhead Door LLC are great. I've used them before. They were fantastic. They arrived on time and explained how the garage door opener worked. They cleaned up after themselves and were able to get it done in really a short time, like the next day.

Fantastic! Arrived exactly when he said he would. Professional, prompt, and offered suggestions on a "quieter" garage door system. Even offered me and my neighbor a discount if we were intereted in upgrading. I will use CGX for all of my future garage door needs.

The garage door continued to reverse when I attempted to close it and it was becoming very frustrating. I didn't realize why the door reversed until I attempted to close it before coming into the house from the garage using the wall mounted control. The door would buckle at the top when it was about to close and then it would reverse. Tried different approaches but nothing worked so I called Corey today and he was able to take care of it this afternoon. He arrived and I explained the problem and he worked on the door for about an hour. The door works fine now and he told me that he warranties the repair for 6 months, so if the problem returns he will repair it at no charge.

Overall Corey was polite, professional, and was punctual. I was very impressed. We would definitely call him again. He knows what he is doing. He was very respectful when he asked me who installed the door as it looked like a " do it yourself job". He offered to change the screws and bolts that were put on incorrectly.

They were here on time, did what they said they were going, cleaned up well, and the door still works great!

Other than initially getting a date set for the service, the rest was smooth sailing. Called when he was on his way, didn't feel like he rushed through the job, explained everything he did and showed me his concerns for the future. I thought he was very professional and did a great job!

This service lasted more than one month because of the weatherstrip being ordered and a waiting period to see how the adjustments might alleviate the door sticking to the concrete surface. We live in a condo, so we do not have the right to modify the exterior of the door. We had a little difficulty contacting Corey, but that was not an issue in the end. We get the impression that he is a "one man band". This service has been outstanding for the following reasons: 1. Cory installed a new weatherstrip at a reasonable price. Two other vendors, including the one the condo association contracts with, said it was impossible to install a new strip on our door. The door is much better sealed now and looks a lot better. 2. On both service calls Cory was there when he said he would be. 3. Cory sold us a new remote control that works fine. The association contractor said our Sears opener was too old to accommodate current remotes. We highly recommend CGX!

Overall, it went very well. We were given a quick call to set up the appointment and he was able to make the visit sooner than we expected. Steve was very pleasant, professional and excellent at explaining each step of the tune-up.

He went above and beyond by re-positioning my door opener for me which was so helpful (it was in an odd place). I will use this garage door provider again.

Overall it went ok. I had to call him several times after I bought the deal from Angie's list and that is why I gave him a "B" rating. It made me think that he got the money and wasn't much interested in doing the work. As far as i can tell my garage doors work ok. We've been having trouble with one of our garage doors popping back up after it is closed and he did nothing to make that problem go away
