After we decided to go with their quote, Corey was able to come out and perform the job within 2 days of our initial consult which we were very pleased that it was so prompt. We were having some major issues with our old doors and were anxious to get the work completed. The job was completed as promised and we are satisfied and pleased with the results. We would use CGX and request Corey for any future jobs.

 + -1 moreI called him on Tuesday May 7. At that point he told me he could stop by that evening to look at the door. I could not at this time put the garage door down so it was a security issue as well. He looked at the door, showed me samples, and told me he could do the installation on Friday morning. I stayed at home to oversee the installation. He showed up a bit late but he tried to call, (unfortunately he was using my office number as I was not in the office). He arrived and went straightaway to work on the door, completing it quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. He also helped reprogram the code on my opener. The door looks and works great.
Description of Work: He replaced my garage door which was worn out and had become unsafe.

Description of Work: Contacted them for the door tune up deal to handle a clanging, banging 19 year old door. We discovered broken a broken spring, loose fittings and poor opening and closing adjustments. Corey was very responsive, to phone arrangements, called before he was due to ask if he could come earlier and even beat that time! It was very obvious he knew what he was doing, worked quickly and efficiently and finished up within 40 minutes even though the major part of the job (replacing the springs) was not in the original assignment. Now we have a a quiet, efficiently operating garage door that doesn't destroy neighborhood tranquility! We are very pleased with his service and professionalism. And that's an open and shut case!

They not only fixed the problem quickly, but then proceeded to perform the tune-up for the rest of the garage door system. AND, everything was included in the $79 I spent on the special. The service person was polite, quick, and knew his business. Well done!

 + -1 moreCorey had serviced our garage door in summer of 2012 and replaced the rollers. He told us at that time that the large spring was showing significant wear, but also advised that it was not necessary to replace it at that time because it was difficult to predict how long it would last. So - in Dec 2012, when the spring finally gave out, we called CGX to get the spring replaced. As before, Corey was quick to respond to our call, showed up when promised, made the repair and left everything neat and clean. We highly recommend CGX for any needed work on your garage door.

Description of Work: We purchased a coupon offer for Garage Door service and a new weather strip on the bottom of the door. He did the servicing, but said that his weather strip was not as good as the one we already had, so he did not replace. He did give us information on a part that needed replacing on our garage door opening, which we were able to order online and fix ourselves for less than $15. He also told us since he didn't do all the work, he would give us a credit toward another service call. Only real issue I had was trying to get an appointment set up.
