Everything went well. The technician came within the time-range, got to work quickly, and had everything done in under an hour. The garage door works great now, there have been absolutely no problems. I purchased the service as an Angie's List Big Deal and very happy that I did so. If I have any other problems with the garage door or the opener, I will not hesitate to use this service provider again.

I had purchased the Big Deal Offer for this service and they did a wonderful job. They came out very quickly. I think I had purchased the maintenance package and then additional because they installed the new opener. They were very nice and they came out within a day or two, gave me good value on the opener and they really did well. Price wise they were very competitive.

The best compliment that I can offer here is that Corey went above and beyond to make certain that we were satisfied. Very knowledgeable and intelligent in his approach to the problem.

Corey came out right when he said he would, balanced my door and fixed some problems the last company had messed up on. Will definitely use again.

Repairman arrived on time, was very nice and fixed the garage door quickly.

We had purchased the big deal for the garage door inspection and roller replacement for our 50 year-old, newly purchased house. We were having the garage piered and knew the door would need to be adjusted. The day the piers were put in, the door came almost all the way off the runner on one side when we opened it. It was hanging on by one roller and was collapsing into the garage. This happened when I came home from work, so it was already almost 5:00. We called Corey and he was at our house by 6:30. He first calmed us down, as we were sure the entire door was about to fall in. He then got to work and in about an hour, he had the door back on the runners, the safety inspection performed, and the system adjusted. Corey went above and beyond, coming out after hours, fixing the door quickly, and minimizing the damage that could have been done. He charged us a reasonable fee for having to make the call after hours. We would definitely use Corey again and would recommend CGX to other members.

Over the call of duty service! When he learned we were leaving town, owner Cory Clacker offered to come at 6am to fix a door with broken springs. He had a full day so the only way to work us in -- a new client-- was to start very early. We then learned that the garage door motor was burned out. Cory replaced the springs, and the motor, for the cost of parts. We had a $79 coupon from Angie's list. That is all he charged for a service that took two visits, that same day, to complete the work. He postponed another client until later in the evening. His clients appreciate his devotion to getting the job done. I will definitely use CGX Overhead Door LLC. Garage door opener has been failing and finally died. I called on July 5th to inquire about soonest availability...he was available that afternoon or the next morning. Quoted me a price on the phone and didn't raise it when he came out to my home. Completed the replacement in 2 hours including clean up and programing of the remote opener. Very professional, exceeded my expectations. Have delt with other garage door companies before with limited success. If I ever need any work on my garage I will call Corey at CGX! I recommend him without reservation.

Completed a tune-up on a two-car garage door. Even took the extra time and effort to fix a few minor loose wires that were causing occasional problems - at no additional charge!

It went fine; he installed a keypad on our garage door. The keypad works fine and has solved the problem of having access to the garage while we’re working outside.

He has done quite a bit of work for us since then he replaced two garage doors and number of garage door openers because I called him back once he did the garage doors and he does a nice job. Sometime after that while we needed some garage doors and he replaced those and but through that time he did that. He is just easy to work with. He is a small business and he is very personal and he does what he says he will do. We don't have any problems with it. He is very responsive. I would continue to use them in the future.

Although I had some difficulty getting in touch with them at first, by the time we made an appointment the company kept the assigned appointment and completed the job in a timely manner. To be honest, I was skeptical about whether any such service would be all that worthwhile. In fact, I am overwhelmed by what a good job the company did. The door not only raises and lowers without the previous starts and stops, I can hardly hear the mechanism. This is an old door, and the workmanship they showed is absolutely first rate. The CGX Overhead Door guys get high marks and my business the next time I need their help.

I purchased an Angie's List deal and emailed Corey immediately. He was able to schedule my appointment within a narrow window of availability that I gave him for a few weeks in the future. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I didn't pay more than what the Big Deal was for. He was very good, very helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and and answered all my questions. I'll use them again in the future, I already called them to give me a quote on something else.

It went great. The young man was at my house within a few hours after I called him. One garage door would not open and close anymore. Another needed a new rubber seal at the bottom and a third one he checked out as well. I found him to be very efficient,very reasonable and very personable. We will definitely be calling him if we have a problem in the future.

I used their service last February. They’re very prompt in returning my call in getting the service scheduled and on time. Then there wasn't much time between them calling back and having them out which was nice. I had to have them come back a few months later for a problem with the engine on one of the garage doors that they fixed.

The young man who provided the service was courteous, professional, and very proficient. We were very pleased. At some point we willl be replacing these doors and definitely will go back to CGX.
