Work was performed as expected.

Our garage door was never the same after my wife ran into it. I straightened it out but it made funny creaking noises going up and down. After Corey from CGX worked on it it is much better and works without making weird noises.

The technician was thorough in his job and really reduced the sound of the garage door.

They did a good job, really nice people and the garage door works great.

I don't think the garage door is correctly adjusted. When it starts to open or close, it makes a surprising popping sound. I called CGX about it today, but they are talking about charging me for a service call because I didn't complain soon enough. That is not the level of customer service that we joined Angie's List to get.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. He had to keep readjusting though our garage door. He said that it was the metal rubbing on metal. He was very informative as far as exactly what he was doing for me.

Went great. Corey was nice, informative and did a great job. Cant ask for much more.

I booked this vendor through a special on Angie's list for servicing my garage door. They were easy to contact through phone and email. They arrived promptly and completed the service successfully. It reduced noise from our garage door.

My garage door spring broke on my double garage door Thursday morning. I was able to get my car out of the garage and called CGX from work. Corey answered the phone and the first question he asked me was whether I was stuck in the house. It was apparent that there would be some sense of urgency had I responded "yes." Because I wasn't stuck, we made an appointment between 1 and 3pm that afternoon. Corey arrived promptly at 1pm and quickly went to work. He replaced the spring and lubricated the door. Upon my request, he took extra time (not previously scheduled) to check my single garage door (rarely used) to make sure there were no apparent issues. He lubricated that door to make sure it continues to function smoothly. Corey is very professional, polite and informative. He had no problem answering my questions as he worked. I truly appreciate his prompt and professional services. I wish all service people would act as Corey did. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to my friends.

I am getting my Dad's house ready to sell. We were going to repaint it but realized it was too deteriorated to paint. We called, they came the next day to measure(on Friday) and installed on the following Tuesday. It was done quickly when scheduled and looks terrific. This definitely added value to the house.

Cory came on time and estimated cost, fixed the pair of suspension wire, balanced and lubricated all joints. He then checked and replaced a pin on the second door & lubricated joints without any added charge. Both garage doors are working well and I am completely satisfied and thankful for the professional services.

EXCELLENT service. Made an appointment and he was here at that EXACT time ... very unusual in this day and age! He went thru his checklist and made sure everything was working properly. Replace my rollers and greased the tracks. We were VERY satisfied!!!!

I have used this company two times (one at my old home and one at my current home), and I was pleased both times. I purchased one of those "deals" online to have garage doors/parts tuned up. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I had some questions about a universal remote for my ancient garage door, and he was very knowledgeable in answering my questions as he worked. Both times there was a noticeable difference in the sound/function of my garage doors. I would recommend CGX!
