They came by and said they would need to order the rubber strip for our Overhead Door. Came back and replaced the strip a couple of weeks later. Nice and professional.

The boy just came and did an excellent job. It went very well. We were just very happy and satisfied. He was very polite, he saw the problem and he installed an additional metal beam in order to prevent that little shake when you are opening or closing and actually the noise was eliminated. He knew what he was doing.

This company delivers what I call a "Wow" experience. Our garage door broke over the weekend and we called immediately to have an estimate. He came out Monday evening as requested, no nonsense and very knowledgeable. We ordered the door and He said he would be back out Friday. He arrived Friday morning and replaced the track, light, key pad, garage door opener, 4 remotes and the new door. We will use this company again for our detached garage.

He was great! The entire job took 2-3 hours. It was very quick to schedule an appointment. He was very thorough and friendly. I asked him for an extra sealer cushion at the bottom of my garage door. That extra price was reasonably priced. I was pleased with my overall experience.

Corey was fantastic. He promptly returned my called and came out the next day to provide an estimate. My existing Drive Chain system (12 years old) had a bad circuit board, so Corey helped to evaluate if it was worth fixing. I decided to replace the entire system with a Jackshaft lift since I have a two story garage. On the day of install, Corey arrived on-time and worked 6 hours removing the old system, restructuring, installing Jackshaft and programming the remotes/keyless entry. It was unbelievable that Corey was able to accomplish all the work by himself. I would definitely recommend Corey for any future garage door work.

Repaired and adjusted 2 garage doors. The cost was very reasonable. CGX would be the first place I would call for any garage door needs.

After a good experience dealing with CGX for a door tuneup I called them immediately when the garage door broke at my rental house. It was jammed and sitting at a 45 degree angle and looked awful. It was a Saturday and when I reached Corey, he said due to the previous appointments he would get there late afternoon. He warned me if the tracks were bad and with the emergency call it could run easily $250. I had no choice, and asked him to come out. He arrived on time and after some effort was able to salvage the tracks and got it working in about an hour. The total cost $135! I was very happy to say the least, and someone less honest could have easily charged me the $250. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him again.

Work was done very nicely. Pointed out other problems not covered in the tune up service I requested but were not at all pushy for additional work. I purchased a special from them on Angie's list for tune up and weather stripping replacement. Only comment would be that when doing all these specials they should have had the weather stripping on the truck instead of coming back a second time. Would use again and service tech was very professional and neat

Called Cory for an estimate. We set up a time to meet. He got stuck on a emergency repair that lasted longer than anticipated but he called me to let me know he was running behind. He offered to reschedule or come a bit later which I really appreciated. I told him to come over when he was done. He arrived about 45 minutes later. I showed him the door & the broken door opener. I told him my budget. He showed me the different options available. He did not hard sell me or try to upsell me. He answered all my questions & concerns. We decided on a door & opener and scheduled a day for installation. Cory arrived right on time & began work immediately. He did not mess around. He had the new door up & running in a few hours. He cleaned up & left the garage door spotless when he left. Very happy with both the door & opener. I highly recommend Cory & CGX. Great service & great experience.

I actually had let that lapse so I was very pleased that they still honored it because I didn't call on time to get it done within the time frame that they said. They honored it, they came out and he didn't have the weather stripping part with him but he asked me if I could just leave it open for him, he would come back and finish it, make sure it was locked up later. I did that and he did, he did part of it while I was here, he just didn't have the weather stripping part because it's an older door and needed to have the right style for it. It's one of the few times that happened because almost every time I get a Big Deal, it's always for additional money, so that one it was just what I paid for and that was it. I probably played phone tag with him about 10 times but soon as he was honoring the coupon, it was within the time frame but it was hard to get him to call me back.

I called first thing in the morning, he was at our house within 30 minutes and he was finished in less than an hour. So professional! Took time to grease the entire door and chain and adjusted the chain to make it quieter. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. I will definitely use Corey again!

Our garage door spring broke. After reading the reviews here, I called CGX. They answered the phone promptly, were very courteous, and arrived just an hour later! The owner was professional and did the work quickly. We will definitely recommend CGX to others and will use them again.

I called CGX after seeing multiple positive reviews on Angie's list, Corey answered within seconds. He subsequently agreed to come out, same day, to repair my garage door that had run off the track. He was courteous and professional upon arrival. The repair was finished within forty five minutes and I was charged less than I anticipated. When does that happen?

The serviceman was very prompt and if I had any questions, he was more than willing to answer. Both garage doors work great.

Work was done after purchasing a deal for key pad and checking garage doors. Response was prompt and courteous. He had a cancellation the day I called to schedule and he was able to do the work on that day. There have been no problems with the key pad and all work seems to have been done satisfactorily. I would use this company again.

When we initially contacted them about setting up the appointment, they gave us a two hour window of 7am - 9am. Based upon past experience, I interpreted that to mean after 7am, and prior to nightfall. However the owner, Cory, pulled into my driveway at 7:10 am and started working immediately. He performed all the work on the main door except for weatherstrip replacement which was a non-standard size so he had to order it. While he was there he looked at the basement door and told me what he would charge to tune it up as well. He left but said he would come back later in the evening and complete both jobs. He kept his promise and arrived at the house around 5:45 and completed the work. Cory was very professional and understanding of our time. I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone needing this type of work done, and I am positive we will be contacting him in the future should the need arise. He exhibited the traits that I personally look for in a service vendor and I enjoyed doing business with him.

Came on time and did the job, cleaned up and left the place cleaner than when he arrived.

There was a delay in scheduling the service but once we got past that he arrived on time and did a good job promptly.
