CGX Overhead Door LLC

This was purchase from the Angie's deal. We had been having some issues with our door, and the I seemed to be replacing the track wheels on a weekly basis. I bought the deal, and finally managed to get a time scheduled to come out. The guy showed up on time, and went right to work. He seemed to know what he was doing, because the door has been working much better. It really needed a tune up. Who knew? I was under the impression, that all the rollers were supposed to be replaced, but maybe that was if they were damaged and needed it. Other than that, things went well. I can't really remember when they came out to do this. It might have been in the last couple of months last year.

Everything went very well. The person arrived on time, was very courteous and explained the work to be done. I had purchased a deal for maintenance, he serviced the garage door which had not had any maintenance done for several years. I was also having trouble with the outside key pad. He tried to trouble shoot the problem, but in the end the key pad had to be replaced. All through the process the technician explained what he was doing, and pointed out what had been done. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

The original Garage Door motor was at least 18+ years old and it just went dead this morning. Called Corey this morning and he was at my house by 3:45 pm. Went very well. I have used CGX in the past and I was always happy with the work done.

Corey was prompt and did an excellent job with our repair. This was not the first time we used his services, and each time we have been very pleased.

They installed a completely new system - door, track, motor, etc. The door looks great and the unit is ridiculously quiet. We can now sneak up on our dog. (He's kind of shady.) We added (for a nominal fee) a device that hooks up to our wifi which enables us to open the garage door from anywhere via a mobile app. So, you know...that's awesome. And all for a great price.

Hit the garage door gently with car, but it did damage the track and wheels. Great service!

CGX is by far the best company to use if you need new garage doors installed. My husband and I spent over 2 months getting bids and reviewing different providers. We had a lot of difficulty finding one we were comfortable with. Not only was CGX the most cost competitive, they were here within 5 hours to give me a quote, and had the doors installed less than 4 days later. I can not tell you the number of organizations we spoke with that said because we wanted windows at the top of our doors that it would take 3-6 weeks to install. CGX had it done in 72 hours. It was freezing and snowy the day the doors were to be installed, but CGX was still here that morning as promised and worked all day to get our doors up. The doors that we received were actually a bit more insulated and still more competitively priced than anywhere else. (plus they look fantastic! Changes the whole look of the front of our house!) We had also purchased our own openers and they were happy to use those and not over charge us for installation. Our old doors were also recycled which was important to us. The doors were up in less than 7 hours - completely without incident (again, freezing temperatures out there.) We didn't even have to move the items in our garage around - took care of everything. CGX was even apologetic that it was too cold to do a final cleaning and make our doors shine! (cleaner kept freezing when sprayed). Can't speak highly enough of CGX service or their value. In sum: We've done the research, so if you're looking for doors or repairs, definitely call CGX and be done with it. They're the only call you need to make.

Our garage door opener failed on January 10, 2014. We have used CGX before, and I called Cory. He was in the area for another job and came out in less than an hour. He made a good effort to repair the opener and then suggested a new unit. He came out on time on January 14 and replaced the opener. All the work was done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. We recommend CGX highly!

It was fine. There were no problems. They were efficient and professional. We haven't had any problems with the door since we had the work done.

This was a good deal. The technician was very good with the work he did. This included a weather strip replacement, which has worked out well since being installed. I did not see anything for them to improve on. They just did a good job and I am happy with the service.

I realized the garage door would not open in the morning when I started to leave for work. I called and he said he would be right over. He rescheduled another appointment and came to my house and perform the repairs, all within about two hours of me calling him. The level of service was simply extraordinary.

He is terrific. It's the second time he's done some work for me. He is honest. He does excellent work. If you require it to be done, it will be done.

They have one of those Angie's List deals so they just like tune-up my door or something. They showed up on time, they did what they were supposed to do, they didn't overcharge or anything like that, and its easy-breezy. They had a good price.

On time, very friendly and got us up in running in no time

One of our springs was broken (happened to snap Monday, after our appt. was already scheduled), and he replaced both springs for $185, which was significantly less than the company who replaced our door and opener a number of years ago had quoted. Extremely pleased with CGX Overhead Door LLC and will recommend to all my friends and relatives.

It was a good experience. It took some time to set up because of where we are located. The service guy showed up when he said he would, was very courteous, did a thorough job of inspecting and lubing mechanisms, and the key pad works great. I would use them again.

Everything went well and I was pleased with the service and the price. I will use this company in the future when I need to replace my old, heavy door.

Everything went as expected. They arrived within the normal window of time that was expected. He put on nylon rollers and lubed everything. He adjusted the motor chain. The door is very quiet and runs much smoother. We are very happy with outcome.
