Corey was courteous, friendly, and professional. He had both doors up in a matter of 3 to 4 hours. It's a shame he only does garage doors, because I would use him for all household repair needs if I could.

Outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. One of the springs on the garage door broke on Sunday when trying to open the door. I called CGX about 9:00AM Monday and reached voice mail. Because of the positive reviews posted here I decided to give them an hour before I tried someone else. He called back in about 40 minutes said he could be at the house between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. He arrived at about 12:15 PM and had our garage door fully operational by 1:00 PM. The cost was $185 ($5 less that a recent Angie deal) for the springs and installation and garage door opener adjustment, he also looked at and lubricated all of the rollers. The garage door hasn't operated this smoothly since we moved into the house 2 years ago. I highly recommend this provider.

Called another provider the morning my garage door spring snapped. They could not be out until the next day and quoted a price of $199 to replace both springs. I jumped on Angie's list to search for another Garage Door repair company. CGX had the most reviews and all "A" so I called them at 10 am. He said they could be out the same day between 11am-1pm and it would cost $185. At about 11:15am CGX showed up and replaced both springs in less than 45 mins. While I was getting the credit card to pay him he proceeded to lubricate the entire garage door (track, wheels, hinges). I highly recommend this company. Fast, quality work. On Wednesday night my 14 year old garage door opener decided to stop working. The motor switched on but the internal gear that moves the drive belt to open and close the door apparently broke. I searched on Angie's List and found so many positive reviews of CGX Overhead Door that I decided to give them a call on Thursday morning. Owner Corey answered and said he could come the next day to replace it. Talk about quick turnaround! He and his helper arrived Friday at the agreed time. It took them just one hour to replace the unit, the touchless key pad on the outside of the garage, and the open/shut switch on the inside of the garage. Two remotes were also included in his price. Incredibly, I paid less for the entire job than I did 14 years ago when I had a different firm install the former unit and same accessories. He was courteous, efficient, and the whole experience was a pleasant one. I definitely recommend him.

It went great. The weather was bitterly cold - I offered to wait until the weather broke, but they said there was no need for that. The technician showed up at the appointed time, performed the repairs, and went on his way. I appreciated his help on noticing the other needed repairs, and considered it a great bargain to fix a problem that had been annoying me for almost a year.

I need to call him back. He did do something else for me but I didn’t get what I was supposed to get. I called him but he didn’t call me back. It was fine and I think it was good. He seemed very professional. He came out pretty quickly and he did the work right away.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They were friendly, did good work and there was nothing negative.

Corey showed up right on time, got started on the work being done as detailed in the big deal, and inspected the dated garage door opener we had which had a part that went out and the replacement of which would've been expensive. Because of that, Corey and I agreed that a new garage door opener would be installed. Corey left to finish up a smaller job and pick up the equipment needed for the rest of our job, and then came back later that day to finish. Everything was done very well, and the new opener works great. The security units are now at the proper height - important because we have young children - and wow is the new opener quiet. The external keypad for entry was also replaced and now works. The old one never did. All in all a great experience.

He wasn't very personable, but he did what he said he'd do. I'd prefer to have someone who tells me what they're doing. He was in my garage for about an hour. He did a lot of work while he was there.

This is the second time I called on Mr. Glackin as it was the first time, after our initial phone call he arrived on time. He reviewed the problem and as it resulted to be, the Big Deal of $79.00 I purchased did not apply, because the problem was different than the Big Deal estipulated. So I paid $185.00. He did a quick and great job the door is working perfectly.

Cory came at the time he said, installed a new garage door opener, replaced the keypad, and installed the button on the wall by our door to open door. Took the old unit with him. Clean up was great. Very pleased with service.

Corey came out to assess our needs the day after I contacted him by phone. We were pleased with his bid and his knowledgable approach, and set up a date to do the work within a week. The doors are now installed, functioning beautifully and only a bit of trim work remains to be done next week. In every way, Corey and his assistant were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to others.

CGX Overhead Door were fine. They did a great job. I think he was a little bit late if I remember it right.

We can hardly even hear the garage door anymore, the dogs don't even hear us when we pull in. They fully adjusted everything, replaced all the metal wheels with nylon ones, then lubricated everything. They were on time, called me back quickly when I set it up & were in & out quickly. It does not get any better.

Cory was great he was on time very nice and fixed all the problems on the garage door. I will use him again if I have problems and I will tell others!

It went very well. Corey was easy to reach to set up an appointment and arrived on time. His safety inspection showed that some of my springs needed adjusting, which he did. He installed the entry pad with no problem, and showed me how to use it. I also had a loose piece of rubber at the bottom of my garage door which he stabilized so it would not be a problem any more. The whole experience took less than an hour.

CGX Overhead Door did a great job! They came to repair the springs right after I called. The very nice repairman explained to me why this spring broke after only 3 years (the other company had installed two different springs and charged me $110 more!). The garage door works very smooth now and they gave me 5 year warranty on everything!

He came the same day and fixed my garage door. He did a fantastic job.

Corey is always there when he says he will be. He had done previous work for me, so I went to him for my new garage door. We discussed options and he answered all of my questions. He did an excellent job for me.

They arrived on the promised date during the time frame agreed upon. They removed the heavy 30 year old garage door & replaced it with a really nice new one. The garage door opener springs were also replaced. Both sides of the garage had damage to the trim from someone (ahem) hitting them while pulling out of the garage. They hammered out that damage & made that look a lot better too! We did not replace the opener at this time, but it operates much more quietly now. I would definitely use this company again.

Scheduling was good and they were out within a few days of me purchasing the deal. The service was great and I had no problems. I paid extra to have a metal support bar added across the garage door.

Garage door was completely non-functional. Corey came out on 3 hours notice and performed repairs. Garage door is in great working condition now. This is the 2nd time I've used CGX and both times the work was performed quickly and with high quality at an affordable price. I will continue to use Corey for future service calls.
