The company never got back with me to come out and perform the work. I did not end up using this big deal.

The service went fine. One technician came out for the job. I was not home while they did the job. I was happy with the outcome of the service. I had a slight problem with scheduling the deal initially, but it was not their fault.

Both the single and double garage doors squeaked and occasionally would not close because of resistance or misalignment, Both open and close without fault and much more quietly. We were please with the service and price.

It had been 10+ years since the roll-up door had been serviced and the seal was badly chewed and deteriorated, so we checked Angie's List... these guys came highly rated and had a great coupon deal so we bought... Scheduling process was easy, I specified preferred days and times when ordering the coupon, then when they called the next day we picked a date/time that worked best. Crew showed up early by ~10 minutes and was completely done in ~40 minutes. They replaced all the rollers, lubed, adjusted and installed the bottom seal. Door is now significantly quieter and smoother in operation and well sealed at the bottom again to keep out the pesky varmints... Will use again!

I called them (Corey perhaps), actually on a Friday night, or Saturday. Either way, they called me back on Saturday and we were able to set up an appointment on the day I needed. They came out on Wed. the 30th. They couldn't have been here longer than an hour and a half. They got the spring replaced, even realigned the track, and were off. Quick, clean and on time. Can't tell you if the price was comparable to other companies, but it seemed worth it to me to be able to get my cars in and out of the garage. When it comes time to replace the ancient wooden door, I would call them for a bid.

I called cgx and they gave me a 2 hour window but were at my house in just over a half an hour. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 20-30 minutes. i could not have been happier with the service! Will definitely recommend.

First bought an Angie's list coupon for tune up of one of two garage doors. CGX did the alignment of one door and recommended replacement rather than repair of 26 year old opener. Work went well and quickly. They returned after procurement of another opener and did the install and alignment of the second door. I would recommend for any garage door work and would use their services again myself when needed.

I sent an email via Angie's list to get a price for replacing my existing door. That was on Saturday. We set an appointment to install it on the upcoming Friday. Tuesday evening my existing door failed and was stuck nearly closed. I called Corey on his published number and he answered (this puts him way above most companies). He said he would be out by 8:30 and he showed up around 8. He fixed the door quickly. They then came out on Friday and had the new door installed in 2 hours. I am extremely pleased with there service and highly recommend them.

I decided it was time to replace my 21 year-old bent and unbalanced double garage door and noisy Craftsman opener. I made three or four calls and Corey came out the same day and gave me an excellent bid. The installer arrived within the time frame provided on the day of installation and went right to work. I bought this home new so this was my first replacement door. Actually, all I was expecting was a new door. I was presently surprised that it was a new everything...new rails, springs, cables, and pullys. I noticed a gap in the top panel during the after installation inspection and it was adjusted by the installer. The new Liftmaster belt-drive opener is quiet...very quiet. It is not compatible with my Saturn Aura's factory installed transmitter button, but I don't consider that a problem.

I learned why this company is so highly rated on Angie's list. Great service. Prompt. Openers work perfectly. You can barely hear the doors operate. I preferred to do all of the price, questions and installation date via email. They respected that, got here on time, finished on time. I highly recommend them.

During the process of having our house resided, it was obvious that the garage doors needed a make-over as well. I decided that I would paint the doors plus I wanted to have the window panels moved to the top of the doors for that Carriage House look. I had three companies quote on the panel swap and Corey from CGX was by far the least expensive. After reading customer reviews, I decided to hire CGX. On July 7th, Corey's employee Curtis arrived right on time and after assisting me in moving items from the garage to give him the room he needed, he proceeded to swap the door panels. Curtis was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and offered me several options as far as garage door openers. Very pleased with the work that was done, and the new look of the doors and will certainly contact CGX if the need arises. Now to paint the doors!

The owner was friendly and responsive and arrived as scheduled. He also offered the best price. The installation went well was well done. We started to notice an intermittent problem in which the door would not close. I would start to close but would reverse part way through closing and remain open. A couple if times a family member left our home and didn't notice that the door did not close. It was open until they returned or another family member returned home. Also, it was left open over night. At some point I called CGX asking if hey could stop by at their convenience and check and adjust the door to fix the problem. They agreed to do so. The problem continued so after a couple of weeks I called the company again asking if they had done as I asked and was told they can't remember. Frustrated, I called another company and paid $85 for a service call. The tech from the other company determined that the sensors that stop the door from closing on an obstruction needed adjustment. They were somewhat aligned but off by enough that when the door rails vibrated during closing they would break alignment and the door would reverse. The other company worked for a while tweaking the alignment and banging on the door rail as the door attempted to close. Finally the sensors were adjusted to resist the vibration, stay aligned and the problem went away. I was disappointed in the lack service-after-the-sale from CGX. I was also not thrilled about the added expense.

The garage door is now working fine. The completed the work and we’ve had no further problems.

They fixed a squeaky garage door. It went very well: prompt, effective, courteous, service was performed at a reasonable price.

Corey was easy to get a hold of and was able to come out and replace our opener within a few days. He was prompt and professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. We are happy with the service and will not hesitate to use CGX again in the future.

Sunday morning, the day before leaving on trip to California, cables broke and door was wedged in and wouldn't move. We had some urgent trip related errands to run. Called CGX, made appointment, they showed up on time. He quickly got to work to get my cars out. It was working soon to a point that we could do what we needed to get out of town. Made appt for following Friday when back home to have new door installed. They showed up Friday morning and installed new door and all supporting parts and pieces. Cleaned up after themselves and ensured I was please with it. Looks beautiful! Very impressed with CGX, would highly recommend to all friends and family.

Excellent company - highest recommendation from a very picky consumer. They immediately came out to see us, diagnosed the issue in a matter of seconds and went to work with the repair. We were finally able to close the garage door after moving into our house and it was the best 88 dollars I've ever spent. When it's time to replace our garage door this is the only company I will be calling!

This I the second time we've used Corey. The first time was at least a year ago when we bought a Groupon (or one of those offers) for an overall check of both our garage door openers. He was prompt, professional and seemed to do a thorough job in adjusting the openers -- both operated much more smoothly and quieter after the service call. Corey was wise to have stapled his business card on the garage post just above the opener switch, so when I was experiencing problems with one of the openers, it made a call for service very easy. He was prompt and professional again. In looking up the cost for the repair he completed, it seems in line with other repair companies. We will continue to use Corey for future service, and would highly recommend him.

AMAZING!!! Highly recommend CGX. I asked that they call first and they did. They arrived shortly thereafter and got to work on the door. It needed a spring replaced. They were here for 30 minutes and got it fixed and also worked on making the door run smooth. I am so impressed. Call this company if you need work on a garage door. I will definitely call them when we need a new garage door or if anything else occurs.

Called them at 9am. Answered the phone. Explained they were not too far away from Chesterfield and, after completing the job they are currently on, could be at my home within 90 minutes. Called an hour later to say they were on the way which gave me time to get from my office to my home. Arrived promptly, assessed the situation, had the necessary parts on their truck, made the repairs and, at no cost, adjusted the chain on the automatic opener. Professional. Courteous. Competent. Reasonably priced.

We called CGX on Monday based on ratings we found on Angie's list. Corey came out that afternoon, we discussed what we wanted, he gave us a fair price and said he and his helper would come on Friday morning for the installation. They arrived on time, and within 3 hours had a beautiful new door installed and everything from our old door was loaded on their truck. They were neat in their work and very efficient. We had waited nearly 3 weeks for a simple estimate from another salesman, didn't get it until after we had made arrangements with CGX. We couldn't be more pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to our friends. We have used Angie's list in the past with so-so results, but this time we hit the jackpot.
