It was done in a very timely manner, and the technician explained everything he was doing. He was on time to the minute! . I could not have expected any better service. I hope to use them again in the future for any of mine or my family's needs. Thanks for the great service!

The owner, Corey, and his helper arrived on time and finished the job within 15 minutes. They opened the garage door and disconnected the power before they lubricated the garage door rollers, and tightened the rails. After they engaged the power back to the garage door they opened the door and then placed an object in front of the eye as the garage door closed. The electric eye worked because as the door closed, it immediately opened once it saw the object obstructing it's path. They opened and closed the garage door to make sure everything was working properly before they left.

They arrived on time and did a great job! They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to others.

The worker arrived in the early part of the scheduled time frame ... Lubricated the rollers and opener screw ... Made adjustments to door track so door moved more smoothly.

The 2 guys were prompt and very thorough. They fixed the problem I was having in about 15 minutes, which including installing a bracket on the garage door at no charge. Excellent all around and again, very thorough.

FANTASTIC! Corey was extremely helpful getting the work scheduled. We had a timeframe when we could do it. He was prompt, friendly and took pride in his work. We are EXTREMELY pleased and will call him again in the future and also if we decide to purchase a new garage door or opener.

The service visit went very well. He arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and got right to work. I recently bought this house and the garage door was very noisy. CGX took care of that! After the service, the door is so quiet! He also did some things that weren't mentioned as part of the maintenance package. I had tried, unsuccessfully, to synch my garage door remote to the remote button in my car. CGX synched it for me, which was awesome! He also evaluated the weather stripping on the garage door and recommended not replacing it at this time. I appreciated the honest recommendation and the extra helpful approach to the service call. I will use CGX for garage door needs in the future.

I called Corey and described the problem. He was there within an hour and determined that the old opener could not be repaired. It was 22 years old. He told me how much it would cost to replace. He had a new opener on the truck and installed it and the keypad within an hour. This was the second time I had called Corey to solve a problem with the garage doors and both times he was prompt, polite and worked efficiently. He checks to make sure there are no other problems and does routine maintenance without being asked. I feel confident that the job was done right plus there is a 1-year warranty in case something does go wrong. CGX is a topnotch company.

He worked on the door, but did not have the correct weatherstripping with him. He ordered it and had it installed within a week. Everything has been fine since. He was very informative about the issues with the door. I would use them again.

I have never heard from the provider. He has not contacted me to set up an appointment. I have already paid for the service and I am very upset about it.

This was great help as it was needed. Also the weekend before they showed up one of the main springs broke and he was able to replace them that day as well, because he had the parts already on the truck. This was an extra cost from the Service and I expected that. However him having the parts right on the truck was a major bonus. I would so use them again and would refer them to friends and family.

They setup a time that was convenient for us. They had to purchase a part, so they came back 2 days later and fixed it. The garage door was functioning well. But then, I called them later to say that the garage door opens and closes very well, but it bounces back. They came back again and fixed it. He was very helpful and did not mind coming back to readjust it. He was very responsive and friendly.

I had purchased a coupon two months with an intention to replace the springs, since the garage door was giving a problem despite putting a new garage door opener. When the representative from CGS checked, he assured that springs were not the issue, he tuned the garage door and used the coupon meant for tuning. Last week suddenly, the garage door would not open, I called CGS and told about this problem and he mentioned the springs must have given away. He came and serviced it immediately. Hopefully, I won't have to spend any more on my garage door for sometime to come.

Only called one provider from Angies list because door was broken and needed to have it fixed quickly. This company was very highly rated and responded very quickly. I assumed the spring had broken - but was wrong. They quickly identified how the door had been previously repaired in a manner that put it out of balance and it had just been slowly been working toward a breakdown. They offered to estimate a non-standard replacement spring that would compensate for the heavier door - but showed me the other damage that had been done. When I found he could install a better quality door for about what I paid for the current door 16 years ago - I decided to go with a new door. I am very pleased with the door and the expertise of the technician (my wife commented that he seemed too young to be that good). The new door is working perfectly and I expect it to last longer than the previous one. There is another company around town who is much better known - and also highly rated on Angie's list - but I am very happy I choose this company - I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again - but I don't expect to need them for a while

It went very well. CGX improved the opening and closing of my garage door and eliminated the grinding noise that I had when opening and closing the door. I am very pleased with the work of CGX Overhead Door LLC. They arrived on schedule and were very professional in completing the work. I recommend them to other people who need help with their garage doors.

Our garage door broke last Thursday, 9/4/14. We found CGX Overhead Door LLC on Angie's List with outstanding review. Meanwhile my husband's colleague also strongly recommend this provider as he had CGX replaced his garage door before. I called CGX and left a message Thursday afternoon and Corey (?) called back early Friday morning. He came to take a look right away. Since he carried the samples in his truck and he gave us detail information on all the different grades/quality of each kind, we can pick out a new door right then. He and another young gentleman came in Tuesday morning (9/9/14) and started the work. They were on time, neat and professional! They did a wonderful job removing and replacing the door, sealed up the frame nicely, and they cleaned up every bit of packaging materials and leave no trash behind! Their price is very reasonable as well. We remember paying more than we paid this time for a much less quality door 10 years ago! Thanks to CGX we now have a quiet, beautiful and quality new garage door. We are also very happy to see these young folks working hard and doing a great job in their profession. We STRONGLY recommend CGX Overhead Door LLC!
