Corey is the best. Polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, prepared, etc., etc., etc. Always on time. Does such a great job of letting you know what the issues are, tells you what it will cost and gets the job done. Always gives more service than expected, and for a fair price.

Curtis came to my house and repaired the garage door, he was very polite and well instructed on his job. All work was completed and cleaned up before he left. I will certainly recommend this company to friends in the future.

We've had Cory here several times in the past. This address is a condo, so all the repair and replacement costs may be shared with our Association. Up to the point of a new door, we've been sharing in the cost of repairs. It turns out that the exact replacement door he installed cost less than our Association's normal provider would charge. Cory installed the door two days after his initial visit. As usual he was on time and answered all of our questions and completed the work with no mess. We highly recommend CGX. Cory should have let us know, however, that he was sharing our phone number as a reference to potential customers. At our home we tend to ignore incoming calls from numbers we don't recognize.

Service Technician did everything and I hardly knew he was here. He told me what I needed and I asked him to do the cable through extension springs and installing photo eye that day so I wouldn't not have to pay a service charge. I also did not know it was a law that one has to have the photo eye on an automatic garage door. .

We called CGX at 2:00 p.m. on a Friday before a holiday weekend. By 4:00 p.m. a service man was at our house repairing the garage door. Curtis, the repairman, was prompt, efficient and courteous. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend CGX Overhead Door.

Corey arrived on time, was extremely professional and courteous. Listened to my concerns, gave me several options on how to fix the problem and solved it quickly. This is our second time using CGX and they are the only company I will call for help with our garage doors!

The company representative was punctual, polite, and worked meticulously to ensure our garage door was working efficiently. The garage door is not as noisy now due to the replacement of all the rollers. I will use this company again if I ever have any garage door issues.

The company arrived at the appointment time. The technician inspected the door, tracks, springs, chain and motor. He did not find any problems or issues. He lubricated the track and completed the visit in less than an hour.

Everything went very well. No problems whatsoever. I would use them again in the future.

It went well. We had them come out and service our doors and install safety cables. We had never noticed but the prior owner had used wire (hangers maybe?) to attached the spring when the end of the spring broke off. The repairman explained that this was dangerous and showed me exactly what needed to be corrected. He also gave me a very fair price on all of the work we had him do.

Corey was able to date the age of the doors and, even though the repair to the one may not have worked, he made it work. He supplied us with a very reasonable quote to replace both doors, and we'll more than likely have them replaced. Corey willingly worked with me on a date for the appointment: the original date had to be rescheduled by me because of a funeral, and it was cancelled just about an hour prior to him showing up. That means a lot to me.

Wow! I am tickled pink! The garage door had been impossible to open from the inside. The handles (for lifting) were badly placed (way at the bottom and way at the top). One of the rollers was jumping a bit over the edge of the track. The door would hang up after being lifted about 5 inches. This service person tuned up the door, moved a handle to a location that didn't require lifting incorrectly. He even added a locking mechanism--we had been feeling vulnerable to crime! Then he showed my husband where lubrication would be useful. Now, even a wimp like me can open the door. He was so courteous and thorough, I cannot say enough to do him justice.

Most excellent. Contacted me right away and made himself available at a time which was convenient for me. Fixed the door perfectly. It is now very quiet and well aligned. He could have found other issues and charged for other work but had no interest in doing any more than was needed. I appreciated his candor and expertise. I just contacted him for an estimate on repair \ replacement on my parents home.

Our garage door was making loud popping noises and opening roughly. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment with CGX and were given a two hour window for arrival. Two workers arrived well within the two hour window. They were very polite and got to work right away. In a very short time they had the garage door working smoothly and quietly.

These guys are amazing! They did a complete inspection and replaced our rollers. The house isn't shaking every time we open or close our garage - they sound brand new!

Fantastic. Arrived right on time and worked very quickly to complete the job in less than a half hour. Two young men were very professional and friendly. They explained exactly how to operate the new keypad and gave me a very good assessment of the condition of the opener (without trying sell me any additional services).

Job was done professionally. Answered all my questions. I had purchased bottom sealer which they replaced also. Very satisfied! Two thumbs up!!

Very prompt in setting up an appointment. Showed up on time. Installed what was purchased, and checked the existing stuff too. Overall very happy, nothing to complain about.

It went really well. They were actually very fast but replacing of the sprocket ended up being about an hour. Two people came out and they went right to work so it was really nice.

The technician was quick and efficient. We are pleased with the service. We do not have any complaints about CGX. Our biggest complaint is with Angie's List and how they force communication via their own internet messaging system. Email or phone calls would have been fine, but the cumbersome method imposed by Angie's list was horribly inefficient. A simple 5 minute call to discuss appointment options and availability became a protracted multiple day affair. It was HORRIBLE!!!! Words cannot describe how badly I hate what Angie's List has become.
