. The tech. was a very knowledgable young man. He answered all my questions. He was very personable,outgoing, and professional. He gave me information on their products as well as pricing for future use. He was not the pushy salesman type. I would use them again. Compared to another company I have used recently I would say the tech. was definitly more into his job.

Technician arrived at the agreed time, performed garage door service quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and professonal. Door was so much quieter after it was serviced.

Technician advised me that the gear will go out within the year but it will be cheaper to replace it rather than the entire opener (about $125 vs $350). Opener sounds much better since he oiled it (it had been extremely noisy for more than a year), but I'll need work before long. I was very please with the Big Deal I bought. I knew I didn't want to try to oil the opener myself, and I learned much more about my opener by hiring CGX Overhead Door.

Curtis was timely, pleasant, and efficient during the estimation appointment. The color chip selection binder broke apart in Curtis? hand when he was here and I was later concerned that my color choice was not noted correctly. Owner Corey, however, addressed my concern by sending out a rep with samples labeled on the back for me to review again. Curtis returned to do the installation and did a great job. He worked alone and it took about 3 hours. It went great.

Work went fine but took a couple weeks to set an appointment

I called him the day before and asked him to come to my house to fix my garage door opener, which wouldn't work. He gave me an appointment for 7:00 the next morning, and he arrived on time. He told me that the sensor was simply out of adjustment, and he was going to charge me nothing to fix that, I insisted that I pay him something for his gasoline and time. As I was writing out a check for him, he oiled the entire garage door opener mechanism. He did not try to sell me anything, and he was very honest and efficient. I will hire him for any such needs in the future.

He arrived when promised, explained what he was doing and was very thorough. As described above, he replaced all the rollers that were very worn, oiled the parts that needed to be, replaced a missing screw from the channel at the bottom of the door and adjusted the spring tension.

Techs were on time and very professional and friendly. They arranged to get parts and return the same day. Work was excellent.

My single car garage door had been binding when going up. He lubricated all pivot points, and reloated one of the springs, noticing that one side may have been off-balance to the other. Garage door has not had any binding since.

He performed the service in a timely manner and explained each of the services he had performed. He even explained the solution to the switch that never seemed to work. The owner came out for the estimate. He was right on time and very nice. He answered all my questions and gave me an estimate right away. He even helped me fix my keypad at no cost. I accepted his bid shortly after and he got me scheduled within a decent time frame. The guy that came out to install the door was very nice and cleaned up great afterwards. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future!

It was much more expensive than what it should be (and for what we got in return). Having said that it was known up front so I can't blame the provider for hiding anything.

Great...Our technician was on time and inspected our garage door. He made a suggestion on a need to possibly replace our rollers in the future but nothing pressing.
