The technician showed up on time and discussed the issue I was having. He found that the track was a little loose and allowed the door sensors to move out of alignment. He tightened the tracks down. He also found that the tension on the opener was set too low and set it for the correct setting. I am very satisfied with tech, the service and the company.

It was awesome! I had one broken spring and my home warranty didnt cover it! They sent me to some other company with less than optimal ratings. . I found CGX and was immediately impressed with how quickly they were willing to come out and repair my garage door and all I did was send them an email....within an hour they were at my door and 35 min later it was done! They replaced both springs for one low price. I was so impressed! They have my business forever.

I bought a Big Deal in mid-May 2015 to have my garage door opener serviced. Corey Glackin told me at that time I'd need a new gear within the year; it turned out to be exactly 5 months (my opener let me out of my garage the morning or Oct. 19 but wouldn't close once I was out). I sent him a message thru Angie's List the evening of Oct. 19, and he fit me in the morning of the 21st. He installed the replacement gear at the price he had quoted me in May. I'm very pleased with Corey's responsiveness in particular, and I appreciate his service and integrity.

Arrived right on schedule, performed the repair / reinstallation of opener circuit board. Very knowledgeable, very polite. Definitely recommend!

The repairman was fully knowledgeable. He identified some things that needed to be done (like resetting the codes) for which there was no extra charge. And he pointed out a weaknesses in the way the system had been installed, without pressuring me to make any changes; when I asked if he could make the upgrade, he had the right parts and did the work very quickly.

Wonderful experience. The tech that came was professional and worked hard and in a timely manner. Took approx 2.5 hours for him to install both openers from start to finish. Took the time to set everything up with me at the end (codes etc)...wonderful price of $200 total for both of them combined and included some random hardware that didnt come in the boxes with the openers when we purchased them from the store ourselves. I would highly recommend using this company!!

I was so grateful that the company was able to send someone out promptly (within 2 hours) since I was unable to leave my house with the garage door open. The service man was very nice, professional and thoroughly checked out the problem. I felt that the charge was reasonable and he did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I would definitely use this company again.

Wonderful! The tech replaced the rollers, as the deal advertised, and looked the system over. Admittedly, it is old, but his positive attitude persuaded me to hang in there with it a while longer. He adjusted the chain, and it's been working great ever since. Also, the door is so much quieter now that I sometimes don't hear it opening when in the house. He gave me an estimate for a new door opener. When it's time, you can bet I'll use the same company.

This was an Angie's list deal I purchased. They contacted me via Angie's List and we scheduled a time. A man came out to do the job. He was quick, cleaned up after himself, explained to me what he had done and left. The garage door works well and I thought he was very professional.
