Great. They were quick to schedule, punctual and took care of the problem.

The person did an excellent job. There were some rails that were bent that he unbent. He oiled the apparatus and it has been quieter than it has ever been. It was a fantastic deal for $49 that had been advertised on Angie's List. I told him if we ever have a problem with the garage door we would certainly call them.

It was great. Corey called me promptly to set up the time for the appointment. He came right on schedule, and tested and oiled the rollers, despite the 95 + degree heat inside the closed garage!! Everything tested well, and I am glad I don't have to worry about the system failing!

It went ok, but the service tech was only there for 10 minutes, was not very pleasant and basically did what he came there to do and left. Don't know how these specials work, but we have two garage doors. One would think that if he could see that the chain was loose on the other one, which he could, especially after tightening the big door, that he would have offered to do the second one for another charge of $49, but that didn't happen. Don't know if they are supposed to go out of their way to try to make extra money or not, but we will have to have someone else come and tighten the small door. Since we are not experts at these types of issues and rely on the service technicians to do the jobs they are trained in, we would not know that the chain was loose on the other door until after the big door was tightened. You could then tell the difference. I would say not a bad wage at $49 for 10 minutes.

The new Rollers work fine. I am NOT satisfied with the adjustment the worker did to the Door. Now when the Door is opened it goes higher than it did before and hits the Stop. It shakes the runners and the whole frame. I don't think this is how the door should operate. It didn't do this before he worked on it. If you can have someone call me about this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I called CGX Overhead door at around 10:00 am to set up an appointment to replace the broken spring on our garage door. Corey was able to get there at 2:00 pm the same day. He replaced it and did an overall inspection and lubrication. He was very pleasant and efficient.

I'm very happy with the work. The technician was prompt, courteous, and finished the work quickly.

From contact to job completion it went well. Corey scheduled the job. The technician arrived when promised (time slot), installed 2 new springs on my garage door, ensured door was balanced and lubricated door. Overall excellent experience and I would recommend. Price was very fair.

The installation went fine, but after four months the device broke and the provider is stating that since it was purchased through Angie's List, there is no warranty. Had we purchased it directly from them, we would have received a one year warranty. No where on the offer did we see anything that stated no warranty if purchased through Angie's List.

Went perfect. The young man was on time, polite, friendly and done in a jiffy.

Although more expensive than I originally planned on paying, they did great work and I have already referred them to my family. They were honest and my spring did need replaced, I do not feel as if they tried to up-sell me. I will use again if the time comes.

It was amazing! Our garage door works better than ever. We also had him replace an outside keypad that has really come in handy. I would definitely use CGX Overhead Door again!

The company was extremely responsive when I called to schedule an appointment; I called on Sunday (and had my call picked up), and they were there on Tuesday. (It wasn't an emergency situation for me, so I scheduled 2 days out.) The service provider showed up within the 1 hour time window and immediately corrected the problem; since the repair was done so quickly, I was a little surprised at the price (which is why I gave a B for price), but from a few looks I took through Angie's List, this seemed to probably be in range. (I also used a 5% off coupon from Angie's List.) All went smoothly.

My door had half of the spring broken on one side but it was still working. I nevertheless wanted to have it changed asap. CGX accommodated my request to have it taken care of the next day. The service was very professional and they installed new springs and lubricated everything.

They did eventually come out but my garage door is not working. He said that if we got it back to working, it would endanger the mortar. I didn't understand that because we used it all the time. He didn't get it back to working electronically. I don't use them anymore because I didn't get what I needed. They should charge for whatever it takes to fix it. He was late. I wouldn't use them again in future. The mortar was working but when he left, it was up and down. He clicked something then it wouldn't come out up and down. I thought it was strange because I got someone from Angie's List to come out the previous year to service the same garage door and it worked fine.

The provider was prompt, although he did not come on the originally scheduled day/time. He seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. After the diagnostic, he was kind enough to give my husband a quote for fixing the existing issues with our garage that the coupon did not cover. We will definitely use them when we make the needed repairs to our garage door. Thanks.

Work was done in a complete and professional way. Door works like brand new. More then 100% happy with the work and what was done. Would have them work on any of my garage door problems any time.

He arrived within the stated time, performed the tuneup as requested and advised me on the reasons why my door does not open well in cold weather. He also replaced the light bulbs in the garage door opener and made an adjustment to the springs that made the door easier to open. The opener is old and not quite adequate for the size of the door. I believe I will also purchase an new opener and installation from CGX.

Broken older garage door. Needed new wires on both sides. Fixed it quick were here when it worked for me the same day and they were terrific. I could not have been more pleased with the process or result. Very happy customer.
